Everyone who I have met and worked with on my journey with this company have been very professional, helpful and supportive. Can’t recommend them enough

My work coach, James Kennett at the Plymouth Branch, did an excellent job making me feel welcome and supported throughout my entire time at Restart, giving me lots of support and job search assistance. There were a few hiccups when it came to funding, as certain things from the Job Centre was no longer available due to being with Restart, and it caused a delay when getting a work laptop, but that was of no fault of my coach.

When I was referred to seetec I had no idea how far away from being able to work I was. I had previously been a volunteer career for seven years. I had no id, no birth certificate, no interview techniques and no confidence in finding a job in the area I am passionate about. I was referred to Sandra Wright and she instantly saw the potential in me. She told me that she was confident she could help me prepare for and find work in the caring industry. She helped me obtain my id, then began preparing me for the interview stage of a job application. As the weeks went on I grew in confidence in my own ability and began applying for jobs in care work and when I found the job I wanted, Sandra provided all the equipment and guidance I needed to get to an interview. I aced the interview and am now working my dream job in a care home. Without Sandra's help and advice this would not be possible. She genuinely changed my life and I am eternally grateful. The one to one support and advice I received was exactly what I needed to grow the confidence in myself and begin applying for jobs. Being able to work in an industry I feel passionate about ensures longevity in my employment and makes it less likely that I will need the services of seetec or the dwp in the future. I believe that seetec plus is the greatest resource that dwp has and the most important referral anyone has ever made for me. Thankyou Soo much for enabling me to start my path into a truly meaningful life.

It was really good Carlton helped me so much even when I got pregnant he was there and listened to my problems and he guided me to something better and now I’m in a better place with my life it took time but I got there in the end

I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come in my journey through depression and grief, and I wouldn’t be here without the support of my health and wellbeing coach, Carlton. What made the biggest difference was his willingness to share his own experiences—knowing that someone who truly understood what I was going through had made it through gave me real hope. His honesty, guidance, and encouragement helped me feel less alone and more capable of facing my pain head-on. Through his support, I learned resilience, self-compassion, and how to move forward one step at a time. This journey didn’t just help me heal—it helped me grow, and I’m deeply grateful for the impact Carlton had on my life.

My coach Carlton helped me in many different ways when I first started out I was a kid that lacked self confidence and self belief was really debating if the right thing to do was to end it but Carlton helped me by making me see that I had more to life he helped me grow as a person and made me believe that I could do something I went from having no job at the start to now thriving at my new job and that’s all thanks to Carlton if it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t be writing this review but he’s the most honest humble and kind guy I’ve ever met and if you are ever in the position that I was in I would recommend Carlton as I believe he could help you if you just trust him

When I started getting help from Seetec I was really still in a bad place in my life despite already making improvements I feel I still had quite a way to go. But my workcoach Freddie was amazing and he seemed to really be the right person at the right time to help me. He was really kind, helpful, funny and understanding. I never once felt judged and always was able to speak openly to him despite at the time not really being able to do so. I was only with him for 3 months I think but it was truly life changing. With his help and approach to me and my issues I was able to really gain the confidence needed to go forward. It never felt like I was just another person he saw and I know from someone else who saw Freddie as well he felt the same way. Now I have had a job for over 3 months that I'm enjoying and feeling like a normal functional member of society is great! I can say with certainty that it is really down to Freddie. I could probably go on for quite a bit more as even with how long this already is I still feel it doesn't show just how much I truly am grateful for Freddie. Thank you.

Imagine only being a viable business by syphoning government money. The people I've dealt with have been about as useful as if I've just sat and looked on Indeed. They have access to personal data and paid millions by the DWP for a job that the jobcentre coaches are already trained to do.
Laura Long or the Wells branch is just rude and incompetent obviously just got the blinkers on and looking to reach KPIs.

My work coach before was nice and sound but also useless.

I was placed on the Restart program by UC, whilst dealing with severe bouts of anxiety and more. The member of the team i was placed with went above and beyond in assisting me. In job progression, financial assistance/recommendations and mental health guidance. I wouldn't be financially stable or as mentally stable if it wasn't for the months she spent helping me. I cannot thank my coach, Sandra W. enough for how much she's influenced my future. Thank you.

I think that my experience with Rhys working on my health and wellbeing at the Worcester Youth Hub has been very accomplishing. I started off constantly feeling down and not being able to accept my life for what it was, and now I am feeling entirely comfortable with my life and when I do feel down I have methods to manage that such as using noting, thinking of if the thoughts I'm having are true, useful or rational and then challenging them and turning them into something positive and also just being more mindful and being able to relax by using the 7-11 breathing technique. He has also opened my mind to being able to try new things and develop a focus for things which has been really fruitful for me. I think the system of alternating fortnightly in-person appointments and phone call appointments is really effective as well, as it ensures a level of grounding and progression provided you are willing to try to improve yourself.

Job centre didn't get me very far with employment.
I felt very comfortable with restart and they got me employed after not working for nearly two years.
Lewis was a amazing work coach and got me a job I now love.
If it wernt for restart I wouldn't have moved forward and found my way with employment.
Carnt be more greatful with how restart helped me and anyone in my previous situation head for Lewis and his team.
Even now employed still being supported and always got people I can fall on with issues.

At first I was quite down and just wanted some one to understand me in a way I couldn’t myself. Carlton done that for me and allowed me to actually open up about my life and feelings towards situations. He made me laugh and feel comfortable when talking to someone which is a struggle for me in general. I never thought I could get out of this never ending cycle of feeling useless and unable to control the things in my life but I now understand that it’s ok to not have control.This man was my supporter in the biggest way possible and gave me the confidence to do things I love which is music. I’m now currently a music presenter at this studio and I couldn’t have done it without him telling me that I can actually make it. I always looked forward to the sessions with Carlton and I respect him in many ways. Thank you so much for being patient with me and making me laugh when I needed it.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Seetec, especially with my work coach, Gintare Grazeviciute(Amber).From the very beginning, she genuinely cared about my progress and supported me in every possible way. She helped me improve my CV, introduced me to CV Library (which I had never heard of before), and within a week I started receiving job calls and interview offers.

Amber constantly checked in on me, encouraged me, and guided me through every step until I secured a job. She also made sure I was supported financially by helping arrange transport while I was job searching, which made a huge difference.

The whole Seetec team, including the seetec group and the manager, were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted me whenever I had issues with the Jobcentre, and I always looked forward to my appointments, not just for the help, but also for the friendly chats and encouragement.

They continue to check up on me through emails, share vacancies, and invite me to workshops. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done.

A big shoutout and heartfelt thank you to Amber(for being such an amazing, supportive, and understanding work coach, she truly goes above and beyond for the people she helps.

I have spent nearly a year with seetec doing the restart program, and they have helped me progress keeps and bounds, epically my advisor Issy has made me feel welcome despite my early anxieties that meant I needed side rooms for appointments, I am so happy with my progress

Working with my coach Rhys Barker (the Health & Wellbeing team in Worcester at the youth hub in the Hive) we set clear goals throughout the weeks which I found to be incredibly helpful and at the perfect pace doing so. Overall my experience was so good, Rhys is so easy to talk to, perfectly engaging, truly takes in every detail of what is said and provides what I recommend to anyone seeking support. I'm very thankful that I myself was recommended to work with him as the guidance has truly been eye opening and allowed me to be very reflective and to support my mental health. I've made a lot of progress within the 2 months and from it I have found confidence in work environments, which I didn't think id achieve in a long time.

I had such a great experience i was really scared and nervous ay the start but Calton the health and we coach i had was absolutely amazing he was so welcoming and didn't judge me i would always look forward to our chats as that's when i could finally open up about everything Calton just sat and listened and helped me when i needed it most as supported my Decision about having to leave due to DV thank you for everything Calton ill still miss our chats

My experience with Carlton was extremely positive, we tackled various things I was struggling with and by taking one step at a time I found myself leaving at the end of summer feeling like I knew myself much more than I did when I started work together. We looked a lot at relationships and how I perceived then and being able to evaluate them. We looked how I view and value myself and the differences of what I am compared to who, and how to challenge issues that arise and deal with them in healthy ways.

This experience has helped me to recognise how seemingly small parts of my life can have a large impact on my mentality, by making minor adjustments to my daily routine I was able to shift my way of thinking into becoming more proactive and productive.

Carlton, my coach, helped me tie my seemingly unrelated insecurities over trying new foods to my attitude towards finding work and supported me with sound advice and a good sense of humour. I couldn’t have asked for a better coach.

A terrible experience - at the Bristol office I was bullied by a employment adviser who spoke over me when I atried to answer his questions. They offer no help to get back to work, no reimbursement of travel for interviews, refused use of a phone to my internet provider so I could apply for jobs. Another staff member acted with hostility when I understood Seetec's charging model. They expect job seekers to be cowed, ignorant and submissive. I will be contacting Pat Fadden who heads the DWP about this monumental waste of tax payers money.
