Scam my business, I now disputing the transactions. They never supplied me with tracking information. Avoid at all cost....

Terrible, No shipping info, no customer service response

Support team never replied to my mail.
Promo code they provided from previous order could not be used somehow.

I chose to pay extra dollar for faster shipment.
However order was delivered after 2wks.

It is very unfortunate that their products is very satisfactory and well made but management and service is far from there.

Communication was virtually non existent. Paid for 3 day shipping. Got stuff 20
Days later with no response to my emails. Clothing was what I ordered but customer service was horrible and got no response when I asked about why it took 20 days when I order 3 day

Its been 7 days since i put my order in as we speak. They've sent me plenty promo codes and a thank u message but still nothing has shipped, and i just sent a second email because they basically ignored the first one. I thought this was a karmaloop problem because i tried to order the shirt there first and something went wrong but now i see this company is just horrible with shipping and processing.i rarely buy from sites like this and a definitely won't again. Thought i was buying this in enough time for an event (2 weeks)but its looking like it'll pass before it arrives.

Love these Joggers. I bought them in every color. Comfortable and versatile.

I like the shirts but shipping is the issue. Unless your willing to pay a lot extra m, you are waiting 7/10 days before it is even shipped.

Great operation with great products... quick shipping. They're local to me so I'm happy to support them for that reason as well.

Cheap quality. Ordered because I had a shirt from 3/4 years ago that fits perfect and still looks brand now. Can tell they changed manufacturers and not for the better.

Pants are Smaller than expected but they work. Satisfied.

Weren't very communicative when I reached out to track my package...actually I was never contacted at all. Thankfully I received my package after 8-10 days, however if I would have had an issue with delivery this review may have taken a different tone.

I ordered a pair of denim joggers and two pairs of twill joggers.The denim joggers are pretty nice (Victorious brand name), and fit as expected. The other two pairs were some knockoff quality chinese junk.
First of all, the sizing on them is all different, but was never specified as such on the website. So I assumed they would fit the same as the rest of the pants. They ended up being considerably smaller. Child sizes maybe.
The brand on these pants is apparently WSGYJ which is (here it comes) a chinese brand that can be found on chinese shopping websites for a quarter of the price(USD) that I paid on Seize&Desist.
EDIT: I have managed to get in contact with a couple customer service reps who have been very helpful. I will be returning the twill joggers and exchanging them for a couple pairs of denim joggers instead. I updated the score from a 1 star to a 2 star. Will update again when I get the new pants.

Processing and shipping way too long. Sent the wrong item the first time around through karmaloop...

They initially helped me with exchanging, but after contacting them like 3 times to essentially ask if they have any idea what’s going on with my return package, they went ghost on me. I don’t care if it’s not in your control, but you could communicate with if so. No emails from customer service. I find out LA has USPS problems due to wildfire, but my package says “return to seller was processed.” Nobody wants to speak about it and it’s been over a week.
