Used Select & Protect for about 3 years now and took the policy off auto renew in the first year. Cut to this year and it auto renewed without prior warning. Will nit be renewing again!

I asked twice for my insurance documents to be printed and sent to me but of course they weren't. Even said they'd be sent by special post but they've not even arrived yet and I've been home for four days. Apart from that I had a good experience of your travel insurance.

Tried to phone to ask advice on a current policy at 2.30 on a Friday. Pressed the option for current travel policy and emergency and the it said they were closed and the line went dead. Not very reassuring at all.

Many insurance companies presume that just because I am in my seventies I must have numerous ailments and their quotes reflect that. This was simply one of the cheapest and easiest to navigate the website.

Paid but no policy
Paid for travel insurance and did not receive any confirmation email with policy numbers although payment was taken. Called several times, bounced around different departments and switch boards without any assistance. Stay away!
