Bait and Switch
I called a number purported to be to SHIP National Technical Assistance Center Area Agency on Aging. I was directed to Select Quote instead. This kind of misdirection is equal to deceptive business tactics like "bait and switch". I give you one star only because less is not permitted.

There was a lot of info to digest, but the customer service rep took the time to make sue I understood each step. I even got a number to call if I had any follow up questions after the call.

I had tentatively chosen a new Medicare Advantage program. I received a call from the Insurance Agent and she developed a different program which will cover my needs and save me money!
