Very happy with the service and facilities.

I have 3 storage units here, and have been a customer for many years. I must say that the women working at this office location are The Best Ever! I like to pay my bill in person, so that I can say Hello to them, find out how they are, and see them in person!

I would say it’s an okay experience. I didn’t get my original 50 percent discount for the first three months since booking online and had to call and let them know I was charged full price which thankfully I had enough funds in account to take care of. One of the garage doors was broken for move in and a number of people were moving in at same time which became chaotic.

The staff has always been very helpful and accommodating. Easy access to my unit whenever needed.

I love this place and every person who works there. They are efficient, kind, friendly. Always so helpful. We moved out of one unit mid month and they applied the balance to our other unit. No one does that. Highly recommend. Very competitive rates and I shopped around.

Excellent experience. This is the second time I have rented from Self Storage 1. Bianca and Shounice were so helpful in assisting me with picking the right unit and ensuring all my questions were answered.

Many Parking issues in garage !!!!
One of two doors replaced when broke took too long to replace than the new door broke again.
You closed the south entrance which caused more parking problems. Limits alternative exit when four cars are inside or three cars in a truck.
Thanks please reevaluate your parking spaces. Clients sometimes need more time when moving things in and out so more space would help or rules that people renting space for their do not in front but their garage storage space,

Service is not as good. Many times doors are broken, elevator broken, etc. The place needs some upgrading and attention. Also, seems like the garages are always full with workmen trucks so the customers cannot park anywhere.

Regularly have issues with their automated monthly billing where we'll get emails telling us we're late paying...which is quite annoying. Otherwise...meh.

The staff and service have been great; I highly commend each of them for their professionalism and helpfulness. My wife and I have used their storage for multiple lockers for multiple times and could not be more pleased and their fees are very reasonable for the services provided. Bill H

Storage was good but was told can use the truck for moving in and moving out and when wanting to use it to move out they said no. Very disappointing and will not use them again.

Very bad business, I am very disappointment with this storage, they increase your payments without any announcement wherever they want, and not only a couple if dollars, a lot, they increased my payments 40 or 50 dollars every couple of months, be careful , they are the worst. Very very disappointment

I received a 30 day notice that the rate for my unit was increasing from $75 to $95/month. I understand needing to increase prices yearly, but a 26.67% increase is OUTRAGEOUS! On top of this, when I visited on the evening of 11/15, the elevators were out and there was no possible way to access my unit on the 5th floor (not even via stairs). I needed access to equipment for a trip that I was leaving for the next morning, and instead I ended up having to pay over $100 in rental equipment fees since I couldn't access my unit. I would love to contact someone to discuss this matter, but I can't find an email address anywhere.

Had horrible experience with front desk staff a couple years ago. Planning to move my stuff out as soon as possible (given COVID, etc.)

The staff at the Elston facility has always been helpful, informative, courteous, and friendly. They are great.

Perfrct service during the pandemic. Can only recommend!
