My experience at Seline Clinic with Dr. Nivine Cheaito was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
She arrived 40 minutes late with no explanation or apology, which immediately set the tone. The appointment itself was uncomfortable. I went in specifically for Botox, made that very clear, yet she repeatedly made unsolicited comments about my skin and pushed treatments I had not asked for. It felt more like a sales pitch than a professional consultation.
What I genuinely cannot understand are the overly positive reviews about Dr. Nivine.
The most concerning part, however, is the result, or rather, the complete lack of one. Even after a top-up appointment, the Botox did absolutely nothing. It was as if I hadn’t had any treatment at all. I have been getting Botox for years and have never experienced this anywhere else. I also noticed another reviewer reporting the exact same issue shortly before me, which raises serious concerns.
To make matters worse, when I raised this, the clinic tried to claim “Botox resistance” out of nowhere, something that affects a very small percentage of patients and certainly doesn’t just suddenly appear after years of successful treatments. Conveniently, this was used to deny a refund and push me to return to the clinic to see another practitioner.
Based on this experience, it points to either a problem with the product, improper storage, or poor injection technique - none of which should ever be the patient’s problem.
I have zero trust left in this clinic and absolutely no intention of returning.
Save your money and go elsewhere.
