No help, no support and a heavy price tag!

My wife and I enquired about seller circle after seeing Jake and his team on multiple social media platforms. Once we made the enquiry we was contacted by a member of the team called Chris. He was very persistent and told us the steps we needed to take and we signed up thinking we would get all the help we needed and if it didn’t work we was told we would get our money back…. Turns out once you sign up to the course the system is outdated by about 3 years and they never check in on you, offer no help and no leads. You can’t get hold of them and they don’t respond! Con artists and not even ashamed of it! Seller circle is the biggest waste of time and money you can find. If they was truly making so much money on Amazon why are they flooding social media with their sales platform. I wish we’d figured it out sooner! If any ones reading this then trust me, stay away from them!!!

Sold course for 2k - awful customer service. FRAUD

Sold course for 2k - Seller Circle Wholesale.
Paid monthly - and went on my credit file (they said it would not)
Watch a few videos thought handy.
Discord awful - never worked and not one hot product lead. Sent messages, no replies.
Tried again, then site changed - to WHOP - nothing on the page, even worse.
Videos a digital product yes, but not watched, not accessed and awful customer service.
Also noted some fake trust pilot reviews for sure early on. I liked JAKE but the rest I felt were just not professional. I feel very let down and no need my money back - ive NO ACCESS !
I will be reporting and claiming funds back.

I'll be honest 100%

I'll be honest
I tried a few different wholesale courses.
But this one with Seller Circle was definitely the best one.
I was able to start selling and making money straight away with their help and the online leads they produce, also if you need to get ungated in a brand, they will help with that straight away.
Top notch course, it's worth it and I'm telling my friends to get it aswell.

Seller circle was an awful decision from myself

First of all I was sold a dream being told
I’d be helped to source profitable products weekly, help with getting trade accounts with new wholesales and brands, and I none of the above although reaching out to them for the support they are meant to offer they gave me the same advice they post on YouTube. The price is far too high for what your receiving and being legalled tied to a monthly payment plan yu can not back out of is even worse especially when your not receiving anything at all from the programme just a waste or time and money be careful.

A community that really helps you get started

Seller Circle has been a very valuable community for me. Before joining, I was struggling on my own and it was very difficult to get started.
The community constantly shares leads and guides you all the way to start your Amazon business the right way.

Special thanks to Lew, who helped me a lot when I was starting. He took the time to answer my questions and guide me in the right direction. His support has made a big difference for me.

What I like most is being surrounded by people who are already where I want to be. Seeing their results and learning from their experience is very motivating.

Extremely overpriced for what is essentially a course, not a mentorship

I joined the SellerCircle wholesale mentorship in July 2025 and paid £2,495. While the course materials themselves contain some useful information, my experience was very different from what I expected when purchasing what was advertised as a mentorship.

In reality, the majority of the programme consists of pre-recorded training videos rather than structured mentorship. The ongoing guidance that was promoted before joining simply hasn’t matched the reality.

Weekly calls were advertised as a regular opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance. In practice these calls have been very inconsistent and often cancelled. The last one I attended was in January, which does not reflect the frequency that was originally promoted.

Support in the Discord community has also been slow and inconsistent. Many members regularly raise concerns about response times and the level of support provided. I have personally seen pages of complaints in the general chat about slow responses and lack of support.

Another issue for me personally was that part of the training encourages sellers not to disclose that they sell on Amazon when approaching wholesalers. That raised ethical concerns for me that were not disclosed before joining.

The biggest issue, however, is the price. There is simply no way to justify a £2,495 price tag for what is effectively a course with Discord support. There are many other mentorship programmes in the Amazon space that provide far more hands-on guidance and structure for significantly less money.

To be fair, I did learn some things from the course material. However, the mentorship, guidance and level of support that were major selling points for me were not delivered in the way they were presented before purchase.

I contacted SellerCircle directly to request a partial refund, acknowledging that I did receive some value from the training material. My request was declined.

Definitely avoid this group.

"Good tools for RA/OA, but the Wholesale mentorship was a letdown" have just completed my 12-month…

I have just completed my 12-month payment plan totaling £1,495 for the Wholesale Training, plus £400 for the RA/OA & A2A Lifetime access.

The Positives: The RA/OA side of the business has provided genuine value and played a big part in getting my FBA business to where it is today. I also found Lew to be a constant and helpful presence throughout the first 12 months, which was appreciated.

The Negatives: The "Wholesale" side felt like it was in permanent "shotgun mode"—broad info but little depth. Most importantly, despite the premium price, I didn’t receive a single 1-on-1 call, workshop, or check-in as promised.

Since moving to the Whop platform, it has become clear the focus is now on an automated numbers game rather than student success. It feels like a revenue grab where the "face" of the brand is absent and the promised mentorship has been replaced by an automated subscription system. If you are looking for actual 1-on-1 support, be aware that it may not be delivered.

By far the worst lead group out there. For anyone giving 5 starts to this group you will be shocked if you ever join one of the much better groups.
Read the comments about lack of support and shockingly poor a2a bots.

Absolute waste of money

Absolute waste of money.
No proper support, the promised calls are always delayed and cancelled for another time. Nothing special, full of waffling to be honest you don’t need these guys to sell on Amazon.

They don’t really find you products, they advertise saying daily 35+ online leads but this is pure lies, these products are shared by members in discord channel who find it themselves and additionally seller circle provides products but 90% of them are products where you are not even eligible to sell. Also yoi can make consecutive losses by buying products to sell but then later when applying to sell, Amazon rejects it and you have to return the products.

Seller circle is a waste of money and this is their business model, make money by teaching you nothing and leaving you to drown in the middle of the ocean

Regarding your point about not being able to sell certain products, this is something known on Amazon as “ungating” and this is where approval is required before selling specific brands or categories. This is a common part of the process, particularly for newer sellers, and something we always guide members on so they know.

I am extremely disappointed with Seller…

I am extremely disappointed with Seller Circle. There is no follow up with new stater, no onboarding calls support, 1:1 call support as promised in the beginning. I spent £1000 on the course and it has not been worth it.

You raise a ticket for help and there is no one to help you on the Discord app, or they take three weeks to get back to you after several prompting.

It's not good enough. People have worked so hard or saved ro pay for rhe course then to be left alone, not follow through with the agreed service

All are video tutorials, no call or group meetings or messages. Training support is not available. Discord groups people are helpful and supportive. Not recommended anyone to join.

They dont even do Amazon FBA

Been with them for nearly 4 months they take your money and leave you hanging. Nothing like what was promised. The Q&A calls are a joke, and several others who joined have said Jake doesn’t even do Amazon FBA. Seller Circle only cares about selling courses, absolute disgrace and liars better value options out there

Seller circle have been great

Seller circle have been great for my FBA business. I've been able to access so many leads for RA/OA and A2A. They have helped me with ungating brands and the general support and knowledge I have gained has been brilliant. The weekly calls on different subjects have been very helpful too.

Got blocked a few days after signing the contract by Chris for saying I wanted to leave the contract
Sent maybe 20 emails before I got a single reply
Extremely unprofessional
Max was the only helpful one
Yet I only ever got one reply even though I sent a follow up email to his ..
