Terrible service, they managed our ads worse than ourselves, the worse ROA ever! Pointless to pay someone to run things worse than yourself.

Absolute scam agency - use them at your peril….

We were approached by SI offering to conduct key word analysis for one of our SKU’s. We asked where the team was based as we’ve had poor experiences with offshore teams and they confirmed virtually all of the team were based in Canada /US. The analysis seemed thorough so we agreed to use them for 3 brands.

The first alarm bell went off as 10 days had passed and they were having issues accessing the Amazon account on one brand. On the second brand the same tactic was employed but dragged on for over 2 weeks… so almost 4 weeks of chargeable time passed… This was picked up and we were offered a delay to the start time which obviously never materialised.

The quality of the work delivered was diabolical - a household scraper was listed with a two word title and browse node configured as diet bar…no bullet points or meaningful content.

Ad campaigns were just as bad - US campaign running at 0.5 ROAS.

It appears by the quality of the work everything is shipped offshore to contractors who do not care at all about the quality of the work.

Series of complaints were raised with email by a director confirming refunds only to be withdrawn at the last minute.

So we’re about £7k out of pocket, listings worse off than before….

I asked them to help me with an Amazon delisting appeal. They have yet to show up and say "lets do it". Just never heard back from them.

If you're considering Seller Interactive for your needs, brace yourself for a masterclass in how not to run a business. My experience with them, starting October 31st, was less about receiving service and more about participating in a ghost-hunting expedition – where the ghosts are their replies to my emails.

For 3-4 weeks, I sent emails seeking updates, each disappearing into the black hole of their customer service. Their commitment to silence could almost be admirable, if it weren't so infuriating. Then, when we asked for a refund, they suddenly sprang to life, like magicians appearing in a puff of smoke, confirming a refund on November 14th. But, spoiler alert: it's almost January, and the only thing we've received is an extended lesson in patience.

Seller Interactive, in their self-praising narratives, could probably sell ice to Eskimos. But when it comes to actual service? It's a circus of inefficiencies and unkept promises. The irony of their name is not lost on me – 'Interactive' seems a misnomer for a company whose main talent lies in ghosting its clients.

So, here's my review: if you want a service provider who excels at not providing services, who turns simple email communication into a game of hide and seek, and who thinks a refund is a mythical concept rather than a standard business practice, then Seller Interactive is your perfect match.

In all seriousness, though, steer clear. The stress, frustration, and the blatant unprofessionalism we've endured is something I wouldn't wish on anyone. The only thing they've managed to deliver efficiently is a textbook example of how to disappoint customers. Bravo, Seller Interactive, for setting a new low.

I hired Seller Interactive and my results were as follows: Third month with them we had the lowest sales on Amazon for the entire year while our Advertising costs doubled. Run away!!!! The only decent thing they did for me was allow me to leave our contract one month early after numerous emails detailing their horrible performance. Again, run away from this company.

Scam!! if I could give less than one star I would. This is the worst company ever and you are better off doing the work yourself.. Do not hire this company! In a matter of only two months, they managed to destroy the sales of my product and quadruple the cost of my advertising. They never completed the work that they were agreed to do, including rewriting, my copy and re-writing my A+ content. They attempted to update my A+ content several times, but every time it was declined by Amazon, so they obviously don’t know what they are doing. Not to mention to make matters worse everything is outsourced. And only about a quarter of emails get replied to
