I've used this company for years and it's been good.

They have now changed their policy and don't refund for Reversed reimbursments!!!

They DO NOT refund this!
They use it as a credit!!! Insane.

Amazon now does this job automatically so there's little need to use them but they owe me so much money.

I'm still a bit on the fence.
I have been trialling Seller Investigators since moving over from Getida. To be honest, the onboarding has been messy and long and the replies to my emails quite slow. I've been asked for feedback from a senior team member but never heard back from him when I gave my honest feedback (twice). I will list those things here in case someone does decide to get back to me, as I do feel SI are still in their infancy compared to Getida.
What I wasn't told in our pre-onboarding calls (they were keen to sell themselves as better than competitors, but in reality they didn't tell me this stuff):
1. Weight and Dims doesn't yet work for UK/EU (it does with Getida)
2. Weight and Dims isn't automated (Getida helps us file for this, whereas, we would have to do that ourselves.)
3. Probably my least favourite so far - we have to set up 2 separate accounts for UK/EU and USA/CA - doubling up the set up time and the hassle of logging in and out between them - I'm told this is getting fixed, but who knows how long that will take. It's been very frustrating for onboarding, as it's been very time consuming and lots of mixed messages - definitely not a streamlined process, and it took me 2 weeks to get set up in UK/EU, as this was not made clear until today, which isn't great onboarding comms. (GETIDA has a one login account only).
4. Also it appears you can't add more than one person to have documents sent to - a smaller irritation as I used to divide up the work between 2 people.
So..... so far I wouldn't say that SI is a very good comparison with Getida until it catches up with a few things, but I'm still willing to give it a go.
I hope you can feed the above back to your developers and team, as so far I wouldn't recommend it to other businesses that I meet with who are a similar size to us - as I do recommend software to others as I'm in many mastermind groups with other 7/8/9 figure sellers.
UPDATE: UK/EU is now set up - but still teething issues with both accounts about whether the Packing list/POP is now automated or not, as I'm still getting emails being asked to sign things when I was told I wouldn't need to do this anymore. Getida now has the same functionality to automate this as well.
Not sure if there is a timeline for UK/EU Weight and Dims working? Will these ever have an automation function to claim back money for fees for incorrect product unit weights?
That's why I'm giving 3 stars, but it could move up to 4 or down to 2 depending on how my trial goes and how quick they are to catch up with Getida, which I'm tempted to move back to.
I have never heard about this kind of service . When they contacted me , i was confused . Before they were asking for some permissions on Amazon . But i took decision in the favour because they were not asking for any money in advance and permissions were very nominal . And took there services . They have recovered me good amount from Amazon , which i was even not aware of . So i am really very happy with the service .
