Selling a house by this method is not suitable for everyone and you will receive less than the market value. However, if you need to sell a property quickly this is the company to use! After doing some research online regarding the various options and reviews I contacted Sell House Fast and initially spoke to David. He explained how the process worked and the business model and was entirely transparent in how the offer for the house would be calculated. Once we had decided to go ahead we were looked after by Jack (who owns the company). The process was fast, smooth and communication was excellent. Having had a number of failed sales (including one at auction), it was a relief to be part of a straightforward process that resulted in a completed sale.
