Sell My Gold Avaliações

The guys that came out was friendly and honest. They did everything in front of us and explained any questions we had.

We recently visited Sell My Gold - Pretoria to sell some old gold jewellery, including a broken necklace, a broken bangle, and a few small necklace rings. From the moment we arrived, Louis provided outstanding service.

He greeted us politely at the door, made us feel welcome, and took the time to explain the entire process. All of the gold items were tested and weighed right in front of us, which gave us complete confidence and transparency throughout the transaction. After presenting us with an offer, payment was made immediately once we accepted.

What really stood out was how friendly and professional Louis was. We had a wonderful conversation while everything was being processed, and he made us feel right at home. The office itself was beautiful, well-presented, and even smelled wonderful, creating a very comfortable and professional atmosphere.

The entire experience was quick, honest, transparent, and pleasant from start to finish. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to sell their gold and receive excellent service.

The first impression of our phone call was already the indication of me making the right choice with the right company to sell jewellery not worn anymore … and yes - sentimental value is there present, but if it just sit in the safe? Sell it! This company has compassion for the people they work with and the payment reflected immediately….

They listen to you as client and they are honest about the jewellery they valuate …

Thank you Louis ….

Friendly, professional and fast. Fair price paid. Would recommend

What a pleasant experience. These people are professional and honest and pay a fair price. I will definitely recommend them with an open honest heart.
