I was very happy with sellmyshares.Your website was very user friendly.

Was easy enough to complete the share sale application. Though I missed an important step, when I rang to enquire why I hadn't had an acknowledgement, my call was answered promptly, and I was sent a link to complete the application. The sale then went through the next day.

Have used this organization a number of times to sell parcels of shares and after an initial blimp earlier I have since had no problems at all.Proceeds from sales always in my bank account on the stipulated date.

This is my second parcel I have sold through Sell My Shares and it was as easy as the first. Again I received the funds the day prior to the stated settlement date. I know this largely depends on who you bank with but this shows me that they are transferring the funds when they say they will. I am very impressed with the simplicity of the process which took less than 5 minutes.

As someone who does not understand shares etc, I needed to sell mine after my husband died. I found the process helpful. Particularly, when I needed to call someone for help. I was enormously grateful that I got to speak to a human immediately. Each time, everything was dealt with efficiently and with consideration. The confirmation and updates of the process were good; I was informed of extra information required and also acknowledged when it was received. The money actually went into my bank within days, as promised. I found the transaction to be excellent.

Overall a good experience. Was in a hurry to sell shares after having issues with a major bank broker which thought would be quick as they had all our banking, authorities and proof of ID, etc. Swapped to sellmyshares based on promise to sell in two days, only issues were related to multi step verification but sorted that out in a day but then after being told verification and processes were completed and thought ready to sell. I then had to get a bank statememt witnessed by notary/JP which in my area turned out to be very hard. Luckily I had recently seen a solicitor for another matter and he agreed to witness docs even though he normally refuses this. If he hadnt agreed dont know how I would have got witnessing done in time deadline that I needed to sell. I understand why the extra step after a personal call from manager, and appreciated it was for our safety to ensure bank details were verified and correct due to transaction size.
Overall staff were very nice and responsive after leaving messages. What I took away from this experience is that company and staff were very good to deal with but understand that time to sell will be very dependent on verification processes for ID and bank details which may need an official notary which is not a pharmacist or police like other normal document witnesses. I suggest online process be updated with this step as getting notary to certify cooy of bank statement was hardest part of whole task and all other parts were quite seamless.
