not collected.

when i contact whatsapp customer serice it says it will be delivered between 8 am and 6 pm not sure how it gets delivered wiothout collection

Why not provide the option for zero…

Why not provide the option for zero stars. One star suggests some level of competence, where zero would reflect the service more accurately.

Window for delivery was missed today. Before the window opened the email was updated to say the delivery driver could not access the address. What a total and utter lie. I have 24/7 security camera feed and NO ONE from their service was anywhere near my house. How can a company blatantly lie to their customers and get away with it.

They have delberately set up their customer services to avoid all contact with customers - it's a joke. Robots and automatic systems telling you what you already know.

Do NOT LIE to customers. Just say you ran out of time or couldn't be bothered to try - at least I would appreicate the honesty - not the blatant lie that insults the intelligence of the average customer.

I for one will never use the service again, nor purchase from anyone who uses you.

Disgusting!!!

Yet again the driver left the parcel on…

Yet again the driver left the parcel on the front doorstep in full view of the pavement and road and didn't wait to see if anyone answered the door. By the time we got there he was back in his van. He had no idea if we were in or not.
Time after time and no way to complain directly

Its no surprise DHL don't read reviews…

Its no surprise DHL don't read reviews on other platforms....premium helplines, failed delivers(recipient not in!) Dropping items off at pick up points to name but a few negatives.
They really need to up their game, I won't be buying items from suppliers which don't offer an alternative to DHL.

Disgusting service from DHL

Ordered item from a company who dispatch via DHL. Paid extra for next day delivery.
Received email saying delivery was due and estimated time, on expected day.
Item did not arrive.
Spoke to some fool at DHL who told me the driver ran out of time and took package back to the depot.???
No notification from DHL to inform me.
I asked when will it be delivered, he could not tell me as it has nit been processed again byvtge depot.
Asked for a call from someone who could give me more information... No call received.
This idiot could not have cared less about my issue if he tried.
Pathetic customer service, questionable intelligence of staff, bad attitude and lazy delivery drivers.
Sadly I couldn't choose my courier as I would never have used this cowboy outfit... May I suggest, for your own sanity you never use them, they are useless

another failed delivery

Once again. Totally wrong address. Sender clearly mentioned on the label where it should go, but the driver dropped it off at reception of the council depot instead without anyone signing for it. DHL UK couriers are unable to read it seems.

Everytime I get a noticfication from DHL about pending arrival, I prepare to scout where it will be dumped this time

This company has always given me great…

This company has always given me great service for a number of years, right up until Christmas 25 they were spot on, starting January 2026 the service has taken a nose dive, very poor, and it looks like they have a high turnover over of drivers, which is allay a bad sign, what a shame.

Didn’t bother to ring the bell

Large, heavy item delivered and marked as signed for.

However, they didn’t bother to ring the bell, and I was in, and the item was too heavy for me to bring inside.

I used to think these were better than the likes of Evri, but clearly not.

BAD MOVE

Dhl driver delivered my large parcel today, the box was damaged and had sellotape all over it.when I opened the parcel my picture frame was damaged and fell apart in bits broken.I cant get hold of customer service, its very bad service and even the driver looked unhappy

Dumped parcel in a wheelie bin

Waiting several days for a delivery that should have arrived in 3. When they delivered on 6th Feb they left the package in a wheelie bin at the bottom of our farm track.
Did not tell us.
On 12 Feb we contacted supplier who told us the parcel had been left in the wheelie bin on 6th.
Big problem was that bin had been emptied on 10th.
Our view is that dropping off a parcel in a bin at the bottom of a track is not delivering and the only thing we can say to the credit of this courier service is that some others do this as well.
We would suggest that you should not use them.

Company who does not care whether you get your package or not.

I was supposed to have had a new bed frame delivered on the 11th February from B&Q as I am having hip surgery next week but it never got delivered thanks to DHL lazy drivers.
This is not the first time that DHL have done this.
We waited in ALL DAY, my husband even cancelled his hospital appointment for the delivery but as I said, no door intercom rang and neither did my husband's mobile number.
So we decided to track the delivery only to find that the driver LIED that he tried to deliver at 14:30 and that he left a calling card with details.
My husband went to check if there was any calling card, there was not, so either he just decided to be lazy or he tried to deliver to the wrong block.
Unfortunately unknown to B&Q this is not the first time that the DHL courier company has done this to us. Had I known before hand that DHL would be the company delivering I would never have bought the bed frame from B&Q as DHL have a very bad track level.
Also, I have learnt that B&Q is not that good either, I emailed them several times and spoke to a customer service agent of B&Q over the telephone that it is VERY IMPORTANT that they pass on my husband's mobile number so that he can explain how to get to us but the number has not been passed on.
I had someone by the name of Remi from B&Q email me to say you must give us the details and your phone number even though I have done it several times already and also to DHL Bridget.
I just do not understand WHY companies employ people who cannot take instructions down first time round or are lazy to deliver.
Also, this morning 13th February I tried to ring Bridget at DHL 024 7693 7770 and entered tracking number but it said NO ONE available. So even though we tried to get though to DHL to leave them telephone number again, there was no one to answer, I give up!!!!

Absolute shocking service

Absolute shocking service. 2 days waiting in for a new phone to have the driver take a photo of next door (who was in by the way) to say sorry i missed you. I ran out because i seen the van and the driver totally ignored me😲 phone customer service who i could not understand, to get the phone put down on me because she could not understand what i was saying🤷🏻‍♀️ and i thought Evri was bad.. never use this service again.. if i find out when i order anything that is DPD il cancel it and go else where😡

Useless

Delivered to wrong address and left in pouring rain outside an empty house - although their email said it was handed to resident!! This is despite me telling them the correct address to deliver to two days ago. They even rearranged the delivery day and still delivered to wrong address.
So I had to lug a heavy parcel down the street in the rain with a heart condition. Useless. Don't use them!

Avoid

Shocking and appalling delivery company. Don’t bother with their customer service because you’ll never be able to get through to anyone and no response from their online chats. No update with my parcel for more than a week and now after talking to the company I bought from, they have told me DHL have lost it. In other words someone has probably taken it!

Thieves..

Thieves... thieves...thieves delivered £355 order to incorrect address driver turned off GPS so unable to track. Customer service terrible called 25 times over 4 days, no manager ever calls you back load of rubbish...scammers!!

I’m extremely disappointed with both…

I’m extremely disappointed with both DHL and John Lewis & Partners. I’ve been waiting over a week for my delivery, and DHL keeps claiming they “attempted delivery” when this simply isn’t true. I was at home, and on one occasion I even waited outside for two hours during the stated delivery window—no driver showed up at all.

What’s even more worrying is that John Lewis has been completely unhelpful in resolving this, despite the order being worth £500. At this point, I have no goods and no clear answers. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and has seriously damaged my trust in both the retailer and their delivery partner.

I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely disgusting service. I have had numerous parcels lost with no recourse, no support. Just some nonsense on the chat, telling you what you want to hear, but no action. No managers will respond, no one takes responsibility. Ive now raised a case with Trading Standards and dispute ombudsman. A parcel lost from November is still delayed 4 months later! Shambles. Total scam.

Thieving Thug Driver

Claimed that my parcel was damaged, more like ripped open by your driver and tried to steal the items. Had part of the order turn up in a different beaten up badly wrapped box to what the sender used. Then after they chased you up your driver delivered the stuff he stole in a branded food delivery box he obviously packed at home. Your a joke. Stuff your feefo reviews which you conveniently didn't send me a link for. Disgusting service, sending out thug Evri drivers since your merge.
