DHL stating unable to deliver, despite no attempt being made. They are a joke. Tracking is useless, there us no customer service (just a BOT that was written by a 4 year old). Contacting seller to recover and use another firm.

Poor service
Multiple times of the same delivery have been out for delivery and only a few stops away and they cancel the delivery and take it back to depot. Tried to call them and after giving them my tracking number the suddenly get technical problems and put the phone down. Why do people use this company as a delivery service?
Lost Parcel at Depot
Parcel was collected 30th January, to be delivered Monday 2nd February. I changed the delivery date on the 30th, to be the 4th. The parcel reached the local depot Sunday 1st February.
Tuesday 3rd February, at 8pm(!?), I was informed that the shipment had been delayed, and would be delivered the next working day.
Thursday 4th February I was informed the parcel had not been scanned, and would not be arriving.
How has my parcel delayed/lost at 8pm the day BEFORE delivery, when it's already been at the depot for nearly 3 days?

Would give 0 if I could, was told they were delivering my parcel on a Thursday, after waiting lal day for this they didn't arrive at the alloted time and took my parcel back to the delivery depot, same thing happened again on Friday and no notification on either day to say they were running late, then randomly delivered Saturday and even though the parcel needed a signature and said I'd signed for it when I wasn't even home they left it on my doorstep with no card
Two parcels in the space of a week delayed
Two parcels in the space of a week, given delivery slot and didn't turn up. Then receive an email saying we have your parcel with the original date on it and saying nothing. Cannot be trusted, can't beleive these clowns are still in business...
Trying to get through to someone in DHL…
Trying to get through to someone in DHL is impossible. Its all automated. I ordered a phone from o2 and for some reason they think DHL would be the best courier to deliver this. Waited in. Message comes through that they had tried to deliver and left a calling card. There was no calling card. After hours on the phone to o2...it seems they haven't just got the wrong number, they have left a calling card in a completely different building. I have no faith my parcel will be delivered given they can't seem to navigate an address...
Truly terrible
Next day delivery purchased. Held at Redruth depot for 7 days with no movement or delivery attempt. Contact points via phone and WhatsApp are dreadful, advertised customer service available during working hours but it’s all automated. Have a look at their published complaints policy and “people first ethos” then try to get a complaint through. Even that is completely false. Had another parcel sent via another known courier company to same address - from one end of the UK to the other in 2 days. Unsure why the DHL depot is hanging onto it, they are an hour away and still not managed in 7 days.

Cannot read the correct address. I have been waiting for 3 parcels that have been out for delivery 3 times this week.DHL keep saying, sorry we missed you. I'm not surprised. The photo DHL have supplied quite clearly shows 38a. We are at 33B in a shop on the opposite side of the road. How they cannot find it is beyond me.
They are pathological liars!
I was expecting a delivery yesterday and knew I would not be at home so I had them deliver to the nearest service point. At 5pm yesterday, I got the dreaded "WE'RE SORRY" email, because apparently they couldn't find their own service point!
Today, they have claimed the attempted to deliver to the same service point at 4:55pm but it was closed.
So I went and checked. As anticipated, it was still very much open. Do they not even realise that people might call them out for shamelessly lying?
It seems to me like I'm near the end of the delivery driver's round and when it gets this late in the day he just can't be bothered to do his job properly. Whether he is simply lazy, or completely inept, I don't know. Either way, he's setting a terrible example for the company who employs him.
They're effectively now holding my £60 package to ransom, and it's now sitting in a warehouse somewhere until Monday when say they make another woeful delivery attempt.
It's a low bar but DHL are now WORSE than Evri.
(I tried to leave a five-star review but I sent the stars with DHL and four went missing).
Don’t bother
Waited in for a delivery, tracked to two streets away only to be sent email telling me I wasn’t in. Guess driver managed to sneak past my camera, dog and proxi doorbell to find that out. Never even entered street. Customer service called driver but would not deliver. Now have to wait three days for redelivery.

Consistently deliver my parcel to the wrong house. Send a picture of the wrong door and say it's been signed for by me when is hasn't. I work from home, they don't even bother to try my door and instead just drop all the parcels for my entire street in London outside one random house. Customer service don't care and never issue a refund for my consistently lost parcels.

If I could give DHL zero I would. They don't deserve one point. This is my second experience with them, not by choice I might add. They seem incapable of sticking to any timetable at all and customer service is invisible. This is the second day I've wasted waiting in to no avail. No sign of any driver despite being sent a text message stating it was expected THREE HOURS ago. And yesterday, no-one turned up yet again. This has got to be the worst company in the UK...the worst by far.
DHL = Worst Delivery Service Ever
Twice now the driver has failed to deliver a parcel on time claiming that no one was home. Pathetic useless rubbish.
Ignoring complaints
A polite request by courier is to ensure pets are kept inside. I greeted the driver while i was stood outside my closed front door explaining animals inside. He refused to hand me the parcel unless i let him put the delivery inside himself and take a photo! He then marked the delivery as customer refused. Tried to complain but they wouldn't even acknowledge my complaint.

Honestly this service is ABSOLUTELY useless. They supposedly have a delivery tracker but this doesn't work - i waited all day for my parcel to arrive (was supposed to arrive at midday) and it froze at my slot. I waited by the door and then I got a notification saying they couldn't 'access my building'. I was 86 in the queue. I was watching by the door and saw no attempt being made. The following day I was 116 in the queue and of course the same thing happened. It's particularly infuriating when they lie and say they couldn't access the building when clearly they just screwed up and overbooked themselves. Absolutely useless my heart sinks everytime I see someone has sent something with DHL:(
Totally Unreliable
Well!! No surprise when I come on to see low star rating. Needed a delivery today with the car up on the ramps, tracking showed it was coming early afternoon.
Got an email at 19:45 to say we tried to deliver at 13:40 but no-one was in!!! Tracker doesn't even show any address. Totally unreliable No idea when I will get my urgent package!!!!
