This is my second video book from Heirloom and I can’t say enough. The staff is great, especially Erin. So patient in helping me download the videos, selecting the background music! I highly recommend them it’s a beautiful gift one that my daughter and her family treasures

I ordered 3 video books from Heirloom as Christmas gifts for my parents and in-laws last year, but unfortunately, all of them arrived broken. So, I reached out to the company, and their customer service (shout-out to Francis Mae) was fantastic to deal with! I got the 3 books replaced in no time just before Christmas. I highly recommend this company! Their books are aesthetically pleasing and easy to work with. Lovely memorabilia for years to come. ❤️

I highly recommend Heirloom Video Books! It is a unique gift idea for any occasion. I purchased one for my granddaughter’s other grandparents and then purchased another for my daughter. I see myself ordering even more in the future, everyone absolutely loved them!

The customer service with this company is top-notch. They are highly responsive and super helpful. I was having issues uploading the songs I wanted to play on the books and all I had to do was contact them and they were right there to.

We ordered a book for my Mom this Christmas. I needed help to get it delivered by Christmas and sent an email to their customer service. I received a call back the same day! Everything was taken care of during that call and we received the book on time. It was my Mom’s favorite gift. It made the first Christmas without my Dad bearable.

Very easy process! The book is very nice and is going to be such a unique gift! I love how you can always change/add photos/videos to it even after you give the photo book. I was receiving a small error message on my end, I reached out, and they immediately were able to help me. Everyone was very nice and tech savvy! Would definitely purchase again for future gifts.

First off, the finished product was absolutely amazing! The quality is top notch. I want to recognize the customer service and communications throughout the fulfillment process. The staff was absolutely amazing. I had to choose the expedited delivery, but even then my video book wouldn't arrive in time for the event. I simply contacted the customer service team and they fulfilled the order promptly and shipped it the same day to arrive in time. Mind you this was also tricky with the Thanksgiving holiday! Kudos to the team there!

Was very easy to download and put the pictures in the order that I wanted them and pick the music. Very fast shipping , It was perfect was like reliving that beautiful day all over again. I am giving it as a Christmas gift cannot wait to see them open and the expression on their face.

I wasn’t sure if my order went through and I got an error message when trying to view my order. So I emailed the company and they replied within/less than 48hrs letting me know what happened and sending me a new link to view my order processing. They were so kind and understanding, and answered any questions I could’ve had within the first message back. I will be using them again for more special occasions in my life, they are amazing and deserve recognition for this outstanding company they are running together.

I have ordered two video books from Heirloom for business purposes. The online portal to design and customize books is easy to use and includes a fairly robust set of options, like uploading custom fonts. We need these to be on brand with our organization, and we can achieve that. So we'll continue to use Heirloom!

We have had to work through customer service for a problem that was on our side of transaction, and customer service is responsive and kind ... couldn't ask for better.
