I have ordered rakhi and its been 24hrs i didnt get any confirmation mail nor did i get any trackin number. Its a big scam.. dont believe indian websites at all.. worst customer service.. they have a phone number in there website which is switched off always.. The worst website

Worst experience. They took 9 days , even then the Rakhi didnt got delivered. We were bit late to order, checked their website. It said even for people who send by 1st, rakhi will be delivered on time. When we tracked it showed Rakhi started from Delhi itself on 2nd, after 4 days of order. Now today is Rakhi and its still not delivered. Seems a bussiness man who run after money instead of customers. Pathetic service and greedy ways of doing business. If we would have couriered ourselves it would have reached on time. We just believed that they are into this business and have promised, so went with them. Totally disgusting.
