The customer is not their priority
My tower fan arrived very quickly. But when I unpacked it And put it together I noticed there was a hole in the casing. I did plug it and it worked perfectly, it just didn't look great with a hole in it. I did use the contact form on the website. But I am impatient so the next morning 13/4/23 as I hadn't heard anything I phoned. The colleague I spoke too made a note of the problem and the call and asked me to email pictures of the fan. I did this. He did say they may offer a partial refund, which I did say would be easier than returning the item as it works. I heard nothing for a few days so called back on 17/4/23 I was informed they had seen the pictures and had decided to refund me £10, which I had not been asked if I would accept this and it was being paid back to my card. Well that was 8 days ago and I never received anything. This is really poor customer service. The sad thing is the fan is great, but would not recommend or use this company again.

Quick Delivery! High Quality goods
I bought 2 x 16-inch fans for the summer that were delivered the next working day! Very high quality and well-made products.
I previously bought one on Amazon but would I always like to directly order from a UK company where possible as I don't really like feeding the Amazon beast! (we all know why!)
