They found me a car and kept in contact, sorted out finance, cannot fault this, on purchasing the car, I was sold an extended warranty, unfortunately the car broke, I attempted to contact them to claim in the warranty, to be met with reception who keep taking my details and I've been waiting 4 days for a call back, today I received a letter from the warranty company to say they have cancelled my policy as sensible group have not paid them,
Please stay completely away from this company

I have been working here for the last 6 months now and it it is the first job that has me consistently motivated and wanting to be in early. Kai was my first contact with Sensible finance and what a member of the team he is . Excellent manors and easy to talk to , always ready to listen and had quite a job to find the right car for me ( only because I had ideas for the car I wanted ) . Kai took all my wants on board and dealt with them brilliantly. I had a couple of other members of the team keeping me up to date on how things were going and they to were excellent . Great company .

A lad called Taylor helped me find my new car. He was pleasant and helpful throughout the process and I couldn’t be happier with how he dealt with all my questions. I would 100% recommend this company and will be returning when I want my next car :)

Alex was extremely helpful, he helped me get my Volkswagen Golf. My credit isn’t the best but guided me through process and helped me choose a nice specification for my new car.

My agent was nathan, he was able to get me sorted with my new car. A beautiful Mercedes CLA AMG in black and red.
He made the process so simple and really made me feel prioritised. Definitely going to go back to Nathan for my next motor, so professional and he even managed to get me a price reduction.

Bought a car through this company everything was perfect from start to finish.

Do not bother with them, waste time with no care for the customer, harass you with offers, then mess up the contract, and when you query it no replies. Find out the advisor is suspended but his manager calls and promises the following week a new portal and offers are going to be launched and will contact you to sort something, still waiting. Shocking company at best. Thanks a bunch!
