Total scam of a company if it is a legitimate company at all. They Never answer the phone or emails because they are cowards. They are an advertising agency and I have no doubt that any of the good reviews that they have are all made up. If you want to throw your money away go right ahead and give ‘em a call because that’s all that’s going to happen. Joel is a top notch scam artist. STAY AWAY FROM STARWOOD MEDIA.

Afraid to give them my credit card number. I gave it to them once for my account to be finalized and now there is a balance with google that I can't pay unless I do it through them. Apparently the last donation was for money's that I owed them and they neglected take care of google.

Google Adwords was still billing my company monthly but we had somehow lost our paid ranking position. Joel at Starwood Media (SEO Arbiter) has been very helpful so far in working with Google to get our ranking re-instated.

We started with Starwood Media to increase our lead flow in our pest control business. Our company stayed with them for approximately 3-4 months during which time we didn't receive any increase whatsover in lead flow. The leads we did receive were supposedly coming through our email. Out of the 6 leads Joel was supposed to forward to our email only 2 were received and 1 of those leads told me he didn't even contact us for anything. Not sure where the other 4 went but it wasn't to us. I question whether this experience was a scam. I expected their company to keep in contact with me to let me know the best way to benefit from their service but that didn't happen either. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. Total waste of time and money.

When I started using Google AdWords, I didn't understand what approach would be the most effective. I had been called by an AdWord vendor and heard one of the best pitches I have ever heard for any service. You would have thought they had just discovered 'fire'.

After a few months of never seeing my listing, no reporting, no returned calls, and having me write all of my checks directly to their company (they said that they would take the burden of paying Google out of their share), I saw no results. Although not an AdWord expert, I realized their approach was not effective.

I went for a brief time without AdWords. Then I received a call from SEO Arbiter. Although they told me how AdWords works, they mostly listened as I told them of the unique advertising challenges my business faces, in any medium.
