THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM IT !!!
Ordered back at the start of August and still no sign of my package. They sent the same email twice when reaching out and asking about where my package on two different occasions. Total scam don’t fall for it

This shop is an absolute scam. My boyfriend ordered my birthday present from here. We are yet to receive the order after nearly 2 months and doesn’t think he’ll get his money back. When trying to contact all they do is send automated messages. Do not order from here !

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This website is a complete scam. It’s been 3 months since I placed an order, their website says it could take 2 months to make te pieces and ship them, how is that even possible?? It’s all probably imported from China, not even handmade. Each time I contact the customer service it’s the same thing “your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive the tracking number soon”, but week after week: nothing! I hope I can get my money back somehow from these fakers

Items never arrived after two months I emailed asking for a refund was told “sorry for the delay we hope you understand and now ready to be shipped you’ll receive tracking in a few days”
Nothing came through, after 3weeks emailed again, no response
Luckily disputed through bank and received a refund!
Don’t buy from this, the website and instagram look legitimate- very clever

It's a weird one!

I ordered from them before and received my jumper and it was absolutely perfect!

Decided to order a couple more and couldn't have had a more different experience. Absolute silence, no order, no tracking and no communication.

Very disappointed after being a repeat customer.

Its a scam!

Ordered 2 matching sweaters on 01-06-2023 and have not received them. They have now Blokked my e-mail and I havent received a reply from them in over a Month.. 87 euro’s lost. Do not buy anything!

Total SCAM. Do NOT order from this website. You won't get your order or your money back.

This is scam! After 2 months and several mails in which I was asking for updates, I still hadn‘t received my order (2 matching sweatshirts) (I ordered them to Germany). Once I realised that their custom service always replies with the same phrases, I contacted Paypal and went through a process to get my money back. After sending in screenshots of the mails I‘d received, I luckily got a complete refund. NEVER AGAIN! Don‘t believe their shipping promises, they will never ship your order! Moreover, I am pretty convinced that the reviews on their website are FAKE to make you fall for them.

Placed my order around 28-7-2023 and still don’t have my sweaters. I need to e-mail multiple times before they answer me. Always the same standard e-mail with its ready to ship out. They blocked me from all of their social media. Don’t buy from this store. I ordered for over €100 and can’t get it back. Hopefully with my police declaration I can get my money back. THEY DON’T SEND IT TO YOU. DON’T ORDER!!!

A big scam, total bs this whole company. Do not order anything from them.

Waiting for 3 weeks had no tracking number or anything contact through the shop app they said sorry we are dealing with it and then terminated the chat had to continue via email after 3 emails i no longer got a response now having to go through my bank to get my money back AVOID THIS SCUMM BUSINESS, TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER HOPE THERE BUSINESS FAILES DO NOT GET DRAWN IN WITH THERE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT OF 2 WEEK DELIVERY IT IS A SCAM!!! AVOID AT ALLL COST
