This is a scam
This is a scam. I have never visited their website and they have taken 2 debit transactions from my acct. I emailed their support and they advised that I signed up 2 days ago.This is fraudulent and I did not sign up . Neither have I visited their website. Stay away from these scammers at all cost! Ensure you get your money back from these dodgy worthless scumbags!

You advertise for a baby Doppler not for a coding and you deducted my money for nothing. You appeared like scammers because you don't review the Real thing being paid for. Please refund my money. I will continue posting negative review about your company. It was even using Boots pharmacy to scam people and collect €40.99 and 2.50. what a wicked generation of scammers

Misleading advert, original cheap "purchase" never arrived and had to cancel when it became obvious it was a scam to take high subscriptions from account.

Scam!!!! My wife thought she was paying postage for a free item from Boots. She was sent a 40 page document in the middle of which it stated that she had signed up for a regular 2 weekly payment of 40 euros

I'd give 0 stars if I could!
From seeing an advert on facebook for a free baby bundle I thought oh yeah this would be lovely for my new baby. I went through filling the details to which it asked for a payment for it to be delivered.. no problem. £2.50 that would be okay. It wasn't until today I saw a payment of £40.99 taken out!! For what exactly? I'd appreciate a response.. and my money back!!

This here is a scam I don't recall ever signing up to this at all up on me trying to cancel this apparent subscription I subscribed to I was unable to it was made aware there isn't a account with my details as couldn't sign in I also contact the company who are refusing to refund me back two payment first one £2.50 and second one payment of £40.99 be very careful people of this scamming company

I gave 1 star to these jokers but even that is way more than they deserve.
After seeing a promo on Facebook for the Charlotte Tilbury beauty brand - 27th Dec 2024, I headed to the checkout to make the payment online. It was only after the bank authorisation code was entered that I realised I had (without my knowledge) signed up and made a payment to SerDevToolKit.
I was/am furious as I had no intention of purchasing this product nor, was I remotely intersted in what they have to offer.
The small print stated I had signed up for a free trial and was now expected to pay £40.99 on the 14th day after sign up and every 14 days after until cancelled. As you can imagine, I am now making numerous calls and sending emails to get my money back from this scam.
I emailed SerDevToolKit immediately. However, the response email is neither readable nor responding directly to the questions I have raised, and I have yet (three days later) to receive any acknowledge of the cancellation request.
Update 02 Jan 2025 The support team at Serdevtoolkit are refusing to refund the initial payment due to the fact I entered the bank code sent by text. I really do smell a very big fat rat!!! How can they justify keeping the payment if it was taken (scammed) from me in error?
Is not the above behaviour exactly what the Consumer Protection Act protects consumers against? As such, if "unfair business practices or contract terms with regards to transactions, repairs, refunds", then I would appreciate getting my money back ASAP.
I have no doubt they are aware (as any legit business owner would be), of the potential yeided by this scam in one night, and the revenue earned by scamming consumers? They know exactly what they are doing.
