We recently switched our IT support to Serendipity. It was a complex and daunting project which Sally and David have managed impeccably. They are incredibly efficient and diligent, holding our hands when required and imparting their considerable knowledge and know how enabling us to better understand our systems. I couldn’t recommend Serendipiti highly enough.

We have been working with Sally and her team for the last year and have found their expertise and support to be outstanding. All our varied IT issues have been resolved in a prompt manner with excellent lines of communication and regular progress updates.
As a customer you feel that the service provided by Serendipiti is personal and thoughtful and that no matter how large or even trivial your IT issue may be it will soon be resolved!

I genuinely couldn't recommend Sally & Dave enough. They are extremely thorough and take all the stress away from you. They are my go to for any honest feedback, reviews or advice on all things IT. We trust them implicitly with our entire IT operations and they have never let us down.

Serendipiti are the closest you can get to an "in-house" level of service, from an "outsourced" service. They are super-responsive to our needs, looking at problems and coming up with solutions as soon as we ask. Yes, this is about IT and tech - but Serendipiti gives the (for us anyway) much appreciated 'human' aspect to the sometimes baffling and complex digital domain. As a bonus, they also help find the most cost effective solutions, pointing us to the way of working that saves our time and money - much needed in our medium-sized charity. In sum, they really are part of our team.

As a small, growing family ran business in the UK, we knew that the time had arrived that we needed a better IT system which would meet our needs.
Having met with Sally and David on site, we discussed our current systems and issues we were encountering, and the potential options to allow the company to continue to grow into the future.
Once agreed the Seredipiti team arranged for all the computers to be integrated into the new system and worked hard to, where as always with IT Integration, minimise the downtime experienced to ensure the TriVow team were fully up and running as quickly and smoothly as possible.
I am sure that TriVow has now found our outsourced IT team as we continue to evolve and will definitely utilise the services of Serendipiti into the future

OVER THE MOON! Sally & David at Serendipiti have been absolutely amazing. After being with an IT support company for just a few months, we realised that things weren't going well so a friend recommended we have a chat with Serendipti. Sally explained that they could do everything that we asked for and should be able to solve all the issues that we were experiencing. Well .... in a very short time, earlier than the scheduled timescale, everything was in place.
We now have a secure IT system that allows 3 members of staff to work remotely on all of our software - this is much more that we even asked for as it had just been refused by the previous IT company to even allow me, the director, to do this. I am still on cloud 9 that in such a short time we have had these changes made and this has helped our small company immensely. And even our monthly costs have reduced!
As an added bonus, we have made new friends! Sally and David are so friendly and approachable and they put you at ease without making you feel 'small'. Yet they are still professional and transparent, making sure that we understand exactly what they are doing along our journey together.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they have gone ABOVE & BEYOND all expectations.

I would not hesitate to recommend Serenditi. They have always been fantastic & never let us down. Over the last few months we have been upgrading our IT equipment and with me being totally no technical we have relied on the expertise of David Boyce from Serendipiti who has advised us and answered all my stupid questions and provided us with a first class support service either down the phone or visits to our offices to install the equipment we are replacing, whilst everything is a major panic to us David takes this in his stride and very quickly we are up and running again.
