SC handled my teeth journey and amazing from start to finish most simple and quick serviced they didn’t even give me time to stress because everything was handled for me amazing so reassuring and most friendliest team. I honestly can not thank them enough I would recommend them to absolutely everyone looking into book surgery or teeth don’t have a single fault with my experience and I will be using SC again in the future. I just had to book my flights everything was handled with the highest level of customer service the support from the team was top tier

I recently had my teeth done that was booked and organised all through serene cosmetics. All I had to do was book my flights and turn up to appointments that was messaged to you the day before! Lois has been fantastic not only with taking the stress out of organising everything but with the patience before I flew out and now even after. It’s always nerve racking having anything done abroad but I was made to feel at ease, the dentist practice is clean, modern and was always greeted with the biggest smile. Everyone there that I encountered with was super friendly. My dentist was knowledgeable in what she was doing and was so gentle. I would 100% book through serene cosmetics again and would recommend anyone who’s looking at having anything done abroad to do the same.

Absolutely fantastic experience and service. My partner and I just had to show up and they took care of everything. I had 26 teeth done in matter of 3 days.
Can’t recommend them enough!!

From start to finish my whole experience of using this company have been 5 stars. I had a tummy tuck 360 and breast uplift and implants in august 2024 and the results are insane. I could not have dreamed of better. Every question I had got answered and Lois was helpful throughout every step. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Great experience , my self and my partner have now used serene cosmetics they were highly professional , thank you to Lois for making everything go smoothly from start to finish, Dentist was clean and tidy, picked up and dropped off everyday on time without fail!

Serene cosmetic have been amazing throughout my entire journey. From the initial enquiry, to booking my surgery and aftercare has been spot on. Megan has been amazing throughout, from reassuring me when i had concerns to the post ops check ups ive had with her. I had a tummy tuck/breastlift with Dr Ali who was very thorough. Everything was explained to me which really took away any fears and doubts I had on the day of my surgery. My stay at the recovery villa was a 10/10. The ladies were soo attentive and very helpful as well. All in all, it was a great experience, I'm happy with my results so far and I honestly cannot recommend Serene enough. Thank you x

Literally the best experience with this company, from start to finish I genuinely cannot fault them. I had a rhinoplasty and buccal fat removal and I'm genuinely blown away by the whole process and every meticulous detail they cover. From the quality of the hospital and recovery villas, to the food, the transfers, the lovely staff and most importantly the results I genuinely haven't a single fault.

Hi just a quick message to say how well my experience was with Serene cosmetics.
Everything went as planned.
I would highly recommend and will be coming back for further Surgery.
I was so worried flying out and they put my mind at rest completely.
Thank you for making my surgery the best it could have gone.
Thank you so much Rubie x

I contacted Serene 2 years ago initially but then chickened out! After pondering for 2 years and still hating what I saw in the mirror I emailed them again to book in for a consultation. I dealt with Megan who was so lovely - we initially had a conversation on the phone regarding my surgery - I was having rhinoplasty. Megan was very honest in stating that the surgeon had said it looks like I have thick skin from my images I had sent over, I was aware of this prior to the consultation but having it clarified and to give you clear indication of the results you can expect I thought was amazing, she had great knowledge which led to me feeling confident enough to book. I would much rather someone under promise and over deliver - and this is EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID! I had Dr Ali at comfort zone and I was so emotional seeing my table results it was so much better than I had expected. I ended up with the most perfect nose. I was in contact with Megan prior to going to ask some questions regarding what I would need, and she gave me a list of essentials. The ONLY small additional thing that I think could help future clients would to be provide clients with a more extensive list of essentials to take which really helped aid my recovery - this information I found out by asking friends who have previously had rhinoplasty, and also googling.
I had contact with Serene during my stay in turkey via instagram and Megan had already checked in 3 times via email and a phone call and I am only 8 days post surgery.
I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much again!

Went with a group of us for our teeth they did everything they could to fit us in together.
Everything was very easy to follow everything was planned out and we were told each and every step which made it all an easy and delightful experience. Also got great advice from serene before and after our treatments.
Highly recommend

I recently had the pleasure of going with Serene Cosmetics for my Lipo 360 and ab etching surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, they handled everything flawlessly. They booked all my appointments, arranged my stay, and ensured every detail was taken care of—making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The villa they provided was absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect place to recover, and the team was there for me around the clock. Whether it was a question or a need, they were available 24/7, offering support and comfort every step of the way.

As for the surgery, my results are beyond amazing. The Lipo 360 and ab etching have given me the body I always dreamed of, and I feel more confident than ever. The professionalism, care, and attention to detail from the Serene Cosmetics team were unmatched.

If you’re considering any cosmetic procedure, I highly recommend Serene Cosmetics. They truly go above and beyond to ensure their clients have the best experience possible. I couldn’t have asked for better care or results!

I had an amazing experience with Serene Cosmetics & Comfort Zone I had previously composite bonding on my teeth and wanted something more permanent. Dealing with Lois was so pleasant and easy and she couldn’t help me more. The hotel I stayed in in Bodrum was 5 star and so beautiful. All of the staff at Comfort Zone Dentist were friendly and put my nerves at ease. Overall I was so scared to go to Turkey and have my teeth done I didn’t know what to expect but I could not recommend them enough. The whole experience was actually amazing. I was so Impressed. You don’t have to worry or think about anything it’s all sorted for you. Your Tranfers and appointments are booked and they txt you the night before to tell you pick up times so you can be ready. You can chill and sunbathe in between your appointments. I am so happy with my Teeth. If you would like to see my results check out my Instagram where you will find my whole experience there (@hannahrally_)
If you want the best surgery/dental concierge I highly recommend Serene Cosmetic.

I’ve recently had my teeth done and I’m over the moon with my experience, from the day I booked my procedure with Lois she sorted everything for me, hotel, breakfasts, transfers, dentist appointments and made my trip stress free. I was greeted at the airport and taken to my 5* hotel, on route I asked the driver if he minded stopping at a shop and he did. I feel like they would go above and beyond for their patients, I felt like royalty. Their partnered company comfort zone were so friendly, made me feel at home and I couldn’t thank them enough. My dentist was called seyda 🙌🏼 she was so patient with me, kind and she’s a perfectionist. She didn’t let me leave that dentist until I was 1000% happy with my smile no matter how long I was there for. So for that I can’t thank her enough to. Overall I can’t recommend enough and I’m so grateful 😁 oh and BODRUM😍😍😍 what a stunning place.

The service from start to finish was amazing. I had zirconium crowns fitted and so happy with the result. The hotel in Bodrum was amazing the 5* Ramada and transfers to and from the airport and to all dental appointments. This was all catered for as part of the package with Serene and organised by the amazing Lois who helped arrange the whole process for me start to finish. She was also on hand to help with any questions I had, including some local restaurant and bar knowledge. Couldn't have asked for a better service than with Serene. Thank you xx

I recently had cosmetic surgery, and I cannot express how thrilled I am with the entire process and results. From the moment speaking to Lois I felt at ease, she sorted everything for me. The surgeon took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and ensure I felt confident moving forward.

The surgery itself went smoothly, and I was impressed by the level of care I received both during and after the procedure, the nurses do not leave your side. I feel more confident and couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

The attention to detail, personalized care, and commitment to patient satisfaction made this experience exceptional. If you’re considering cosmetic surgery, I highly recommend this clinic and team for their expertise, professionalism, and compassionate care. You’ll be in the best hands!

I’ve wanted to use Serene for years.

Megan at Serene has been very genuine, supportive and kind.
Thanks Megan, we got there in the end. Thanks for all your support throughout, and also to Lois for stepping in when you were away.
I’m very excited to see the results.
I would consider booking Serene again in the future.
