Lieferung und Retoure fkt. Allerdings werden 30 € Bearbeitungsgebühr bei der Retoure fällig, was für mich nicht ersichtlich war. Die Retoure ging nach USA (ich bin ziemlich sicher, dass die Ware nicht aus den USA kamen, sonst hätte es viel länger gedauert). Heißt für mich B-Ware wird in den USA günstig weiterverkauft und ich muss dafür die Logistikgebühren bezahlen (für 30 Tacken bekomme ich fast eine adidas Jacke im Black Sale, die ist auch aus Polyester. Fail im Jahre 2024. Qualität: Sachen wirken gut verarbeitet (schwerer Stoff), allerdings trotzdem nur Polyester, für den Preis sollte es schon ein hochwertigeres Material sein wie Nylon.

Return policy is a failure. Customer service not responsive. Sergio Tacchini returned 20% of the money paid w/o any clarification about the rest. Beware!

Kleidungsstück sind minderwertiger Qualität, da billig in Bangladesch produziert. Die Preise sind in keinerlei Weise gerechtfertigt. Wie in anderen Bewertungen bereits zu lesen ist der Kundensupport nicht existent.
Hätte ich die Bewertungen mal vor dem bestellen gelesen und mir den Ärger gespart …

Love the brand, but there customer service is the WORST !!!!!
I've been trying to return an item for the last 2 months, and asking for assistance and I was told to go to the website to start the return process. The website is outdated and the return section of the website is inoperable. I can't get anyone on the phone to help me and they stopped responding to my emails. Now I'm stuck with an item I paid for and don't want. Unbelievable. SMH

Literally the worst company out there with such a great brand. Asked for size 9 trainers got size 7 then I returned them with at least 15 emails asking for the correct size to be delivered then the horrible bas###ds took a £20 carriage charge and won’t refund me. Don’t go near the web site….

I am a EU citizen, bought from their eu e-commerce and they brought it from USA so I had to pay double price because of the customs. Their support stopped any communications when I provided evidences an asked refund

I ordered track suit pants for my girl friend and chose size small. The. The webpage suggested to add the hoodie which I did and proceeded to payment but it changed the size to XS which I didn’t notice. I told them about it but they said the order was already shipped. After that I have been trying to get hold of them to make a return but they don’t answer. When I finally understood how to do it the cost of return is 400 kr which is ridiculous.

50% Zollgebühren fällig geworden
Ich habe einen Tracksuit für 196 Euro bestellt. Auf der Seite wird angegeben, dass jegliche Zölle und Liefergebühren enthalten seien. Bei der Lieferung musste ich allerdings nochmal 107 Euro an den Zoll blechen, da die Lieferung aus den USA kam. Wie alle anderen hier habe ich keinerlei Antwort auf meine Nachrichten an den "Kundensupport" bekommen.

It was my first and last experience on their website. I bought three different items. They cancelled one I returned the other 2, I’ve never been refunded so far (280€). I have a proof of delivery by DHL. I wrote them several times, after 4 months they answered they were diligently working on it….it’s a scam. Please never buy from their website.

Shipping costs are £20 flat rate.
The item I was looking at was on sale for £25, once I selected it the price jumped to £34 without me choosing my size. I carried on to see how ridiculous it would get: total cost was £54, the original price of item before sale was £56. A sale of £2; They’re robbing you blind and no one has answers!

It’s a scammers! I make order, they do not send me one of my things that needs to be in complete. They do not return my money. They do not answer on my email. They send other things not my size.

Ordered 4 items. All came very quickly to Belgium from USA with DHL express. Didn’t have to pay any extra costs. I could return the items because they didn’t fit well, the same day with a paid return ticket with DHL. U can receive a return ticket by a representative from Sergio Tacchini. Money came back 3 days later on my bank account. Very satisfied. Don’t trust the comment below. They frightened me but are obviously irrelevant (at least for my case)

I have ordered from this shop before, and I did not have any problems, but I guess I was lucky then since reading all the comments regarding this shop, having a good experience is not ordinary.

But now I ordered again. The T-shirt was damaged; the print started falling off the fabric. I contacted the shop immediately without any luck. Now it's been a while since I contacted customer service, and I have no hope of getting a new T-shirt or getting the money back. Worst customer service ever.

This company feels more like a scam than a legitimate online store. I placed an order, the sizes didn't fit, and I haven't been able to get a refund for over a month. Plus, you have to pay for returns yourself through DHL. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

On their websales site, prices were quoted in GBP so I made the (wrong) assumption that I was dealing within the UK. It turned out that their Distribution Centre is in USA.
Their Terms indicate that they do not do exchanges. You can return an item for credit but then have to re-order.
I ordered a T-shirt costing £71 and a matching pair of shorts. I got the T-shirt size wrong (far too large) because their size chart is unhelpful. Fine if you have a perfectly shaped body but if you have a largish belly for example, it was useless.
The shorts fitted fine (luck) but I had to return the T-shirt. A credit came for £43.90. £20 deducted for return carriage cost (No choice how; you HAVE to use their chosen carrier). £7.10 re-stocking fee.
My daughter re-ordered for me what turned out to be the correct size … but incurred a £20 carriage charge (as this time, the total order was under £100 for free delivery).
So, in order to “effect a size exchange”, the cost was £20 + £7.10 + £20 = £47.10 … for a £71 shirt!
BE WARNED!!! I won’t be buying from them again.

Dont EVER buy from this brand. The zipper broke after a few month and they claim it is not a manufacturing defect. The are just writing that they are unable to assist you. Please use your money elsewhere.

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe SERGIO TACCHINI a maggio e a giugno sono nel bidone dell immondizia durata un mese molto scadenti non compratele!!!!

La scarpa è durata ... un giorno! il tempo di entrare in una pozzanghera e la soletta interna è andata... sbricciolata. il fondo della scarpa è costituito da una sorta di "rete" molto larga che impedisce di utilizzare solette alternative (vuoi per aderenza vuoi perchè essendo a trama larga le suole si deformano
