I hire serp forge to fix seo for one of our sites. process was pretty straightforward tbh and nothing felt over promised which was good.

Added SERP Forge during a broader SEO push. Delivery was smooth, links didn’tstand out in a bad way and everything matched what was explained. Still watchingresults.

I’m not very technical with SEO so I wanted something simple. They handled the link side while I focused on content, and about a month in I saw better visibility on a few terms.

I’ve been around SEO long enough to know quick wins are rare, this felt more controlled. Placements looked fine and reports were clear, I’m letting it run before deciding next steps.

Disastrous experience with Mahima singh.

Step 1: You get selected over indeed and will be asked to submit your work samples and resume.

Step 2: After few days, only when you follow up, you will be sent another website link to fill the same exact details yet again.

Step 3: After few days, you'd get a call stating, "are you available at xyz time for an HR interview?", once you confirm, you'd get a interview link from them.

Step 4: You'd join the meeting at said time, but now one else will. You'd mail them twice requesting for clarity while you wait in the meeting for a hour, whether you need to stay in meeting or exit, still no response.

Step 5: You'd call them over phone to re-confirm if they are busy or to know if interview is rescheduled, they'd disconnect your call on the face without answering.

Step 6: Total ignorance in WhatsApp, mail, telecall after wasting your time successfully.

Step 7: Successfully collect more resume and repeat from step 1 again.

Just received their latest newsletter out of the blue, titled "ChatGPT ads are coming and it changes everything!"

Funny thing is:
- I don't know who SerpForge is
- I have never subscribed to them
- I am not a customer of theirs

So where did they get my email from and where did they get the idea from that it is a good idea to spammail me?

So: very bad impression. Not a good company.
