I had a very disappointing experience with Serpstat.

I only needed to check the rankings of my own website for 23 search queries. I contacted support asking whether they could provide a small temporary Rank Tracker allowance or short-term access for this one-time task.

They refused and suggested purchasing a paid subscription instead.

Only afterwards did support inform me that Serpstat does not provide ranking data for Russian domains or the Russian search market at all. In other words, even if I had followed their advice and paid for a subscription, the service still would not have solved my task.

That is the main issue.

The platform allows you to create an account, explore Rank Tracker, view pricing and trial options, but this critical restriction was not clear to me before I invested time in the product and contacted support.

I do not object to a company choosing which markets it serves. What I strongly object to is discovering such a fundamental limitation only after going through the setup process.

I wasted time evaluating a product that could never perform the task I needed.

I like this tool; it makes it much easier to work with sites and monitor the positions of my projects. It is irreplaceable when working with search keywords and content for Ukraine. I have to supervise SEO contractors, and Serpstat helps me a lot with this.

Please be careful with these folks. It is a scam company. I didn't use their service, even didn't start. It was a 14-days Free Trial. I started a Free Trial on April 24, 2025. Today I received a warning e-mail that my subscription would be renewed. I sent multiple e-mails to cancel immediately but there no human support but only bot. I was trying by all ways, and I decided to delete my account with this company. All these folks are Russian Ukrainian folks hungry for money. run away. Don't take Serpstat SEO Service.

terrible experience—you can't cancel your subscription because there's no cancel button, no clear instructions, and no customer support to help you. On top of that, the subscription can only be canceled 15 days before the billing cycle, but they only send a renewal reminder 2 days before the charge. Scam company

I've used Serpstat for almost two years. It's a much more viable alternative than SEMRush and I am using it to guide clients through the ranking process and give them reporting. It's a good product and I think it would be useful for other agencies to use it. I use it's affiliate program to on seogonewild.com and the payout is pretty good.

Scammers who charge money from your card without your consent. Don't use their trial and don't provide your card details.
I was charged twice from my card but I didn't use their service

After 24 february 2022 they cancelled my account and refused to refund. I refered to PayPal and asked them to return my money and they did it. It's a scam service. And to be honest there are much better alternatives.

It was very hard for us to cancel the subscription which is generally proof of a poor software, which we agree to. Too many errors and issues. I had to contact 3 different CS staff in order to even try and get my subscription cancelled, which has still not happened.

All SEO tools you might need are in one place with Serpstat. The interface is pretty easy to use, and it's perfect for both experienced and junior SEOs. There are two tools that I use the most, Rank Tracker and Site Audit. Sometimes it is impressive how fast Serpstat comes up with new updates and tools. Their new AI content tools have blown my mind :)

And the price is lower than most tools!

Analytical data is really a lot, I do not use them all...

Most annoying popup I have ever seen. Can't click out of it and it is blocking info on the dashboard. Unbelievable.

Paid for lifetime plan, now it doesnt work, says i have to upgrade.

Watch out: their API cannot be used for commercial purposes, which means that it's basically unusable if you want to integrate it into a product. I don't really know why you would want to use any API otherwise, but well, that's their policy.

Also, their rate limits for API are very low. You have about 100000 rows to use in a month for $69, which is nothing when you want to analyze data properly.

So stay away from this company.

For the price you pay, you get the best service for keyword tracking.
