Best storage server host.
I've been using servarica for almost a year now, and from my experience, it is the. best. host. ever. Their support team answer my question really fast and for the price their uplink & downlink is really god-damn fast.
I found them on lowendbox, I thought it was going to be slow since the price is really cheap, but I was wrong. Compared to other host that I've used in the past, their server has the best price to performance ratio.

This host is the worst
This host is the worst! Every single week, there is always an issue with my machine, it keeps shutting off/disconnecting for no reason. Support is ok, but not the best... If you're planning on purchasing a server from this host, I would just avoid it unless you want to experience issues every single week like I do.

Hi Mathew, Sorry for the delayed response here ,
The issue you are facing is related to windows license
since your vps is windows server and running on evaluation license that can expire any time
and when it expire windows will auto shutdown in 10 min
The issue is not related to our service as we offer unmanaged service (We dont manage the client stack and we guarantee our stack is functioning)
And even though this is unmanaged service I see our support team tried their best to help you as much as the can with the tools available to them but without official windows license all fixes are temporary

They scammed me
They scammed me, i only used their vps for 1 day, it kept disconnecting, i sent him screenshot and video of it keep disconnecing, he then disabled my login and told me he will refund, but no refund, i sent may emails, no reply, its a scam company, vps is crap, does not work properly and owner is an indian scammer.

Hi Ajay, I am having hard time finding your account, we didnt have any user with your name and no user who had the issues you mentioned here , are you sure the review is for us ?
The reason why I am not sure the review is for us is that we are probably the easiest company on hosting industry with refund , we even refund people out of our refund period and we never block any refund
the only issue we sometimes have with refund is related to people paying with crypto currencies as those by their nature dont allow us to do a refund and in those cases we refund to the client credit (we are not allowed legally to refund using different payment method , so if user paid with crypto we cannot refund using credit card or paypal etc)
The fact that we dont refund crypto currencies is clear in our terms of service
if possible reach back to us so at least we can see the issue from our side and i am sure any issue you have will be fixed

I have used many hosting platform till now and I must say servarica is best one. Whenever I need help they try to help instantly and resolve my issue. price is also affordable. overall i loved their service and recommend anyone who is looking for hosting service.

These VPS's are honestly so good for the price, but I was spending my money way to quick and bought a package what was useless to me, they didn't even hesitate to refund me. Very professional customer service

Immediate activation, some outages which I could not accept. Not good for online shop or business
Immediate activation. Unfortunately many failures and update announcements. I wonder why so much maintenance is needed on a simple shared hosting. The support is friendly and fast, exactly what I expect from a company in this industry. The prices are clear and without additional costs afterwards. They offer spacious packages something for everyone. However, I have decided to discontinue my activity with them.
