I actually got my ETA visa for the UK…
I actually got my ETA visa for the UK very fast (minutes), am European. But the price 89 usd is of course high (should be about 20 gbp). So that is somehow ok. But I am more worried if the site can assure me the safety of my passport details and creditcard details, am I protected from fraud?

Try UK.GOV first
On the date of departure, my family of five realized we didn't apply for the UK ETA visa, 30 minutes before the check in desk at Aerlingus closed. In a panic, I applied to Service Visa for myself. My husband applied to another expeditor agency. The staff at Aerlingus advised us to just go direct to the UK.gov as it's MUCH cheaper and they are fast - within 10 minutes. Lo and behold, we all received our confirmation within 10 minutes and we able to check in with the desk and get on our flight on time. 2 days later, ServiceEvisa emailed to let me know that the photo wasn't clear and to resubmit. I have no doubt that Service eVisa would eventually get my visa, as I already received it within 10 MINUTES from UK.gov. So there is no fault to there service, except I would strongly advise people to first try UK.gov before going to this group. The firm my husband applied to refunded him, but Service eVisa revfused to a full or partial refund. It's fair enough as I think they'd perform their service but it's outrageous how expensive they are when the UK.gov site is so affordable.

This is a scam! I have been trying to contact them since 11th of June to cancel my application. I haven’t finalized my details and I want a refund! Why pay 89 euros for something you can do yourself for 20 pounds. Very misleading and I’m filing charges if they don’t answer soon

Got my ESTA for a trip to Chicago and it was approved in about three hours. I'd put it off until five days before the flight and was a bit stressed, but the form took maybe ten minutes. No complaints.

This site is a scam
This site is a scam. They charge 89 euros for a UK ETA, which costs £20 on the government site. Furthermore they keep prompting for a passport photo, which is then promptly rejected. Using the official UK ETA app, the photo was accepted right away. Don't use this service!

Huge scam. Payed 200 euro for 15 minutes ETA to UK.
After 15 minutes, payed 25 euro on official UK site - got it after one minute...
[edit: to be clear this service didn’t send me a visa or any follow up after submission and payment. If i would have waited, I would have missed my flight. ETA arrived from official site within two minutes at a fraction of the cost this scammy site charges. Don’t fall for this!]
Don't fall for these site that try to look GOV official, but are clearly not.

Attention arnaque, j'ai payé 89€ pour le même service à 25€ sur le site officiel. Je n'ai rien reçu pour le moment et j'espère recevoir mon ETA mais sans certitude.
J'ai demandé l'annulation de la transaction car le droit français prévoit un délai de rétractation.

Commandé un ETA pour aller à Londres, j'en avais besoin en urgence. J'ai été trompé par plusieurs chos3s.. Recherche google: 'service evisa.. obtenez votre visa pour le royaume uni en quelques minutes' . Pages d'inscription mentionne 'délai le plus rapide: quelques minutes'. Page de commande mentionne: vitesse de traitement, option urgent: réception sous 3 heures.
Au moment de payer vous avez quand même, pour se protéger légalement, mention que ça peut prendre plusieurs jours.
Mais sous la pression, avec votre vol qui part dans quelques heures, vous commandez quand même pensant qu'ils ont accès à un canal rapide au vu de toutes les mentions précédentes.
Non il s'agit uniquement d'un piège à crétin stressé. Fait pour les gens qui n'ont plus le temps de vérifier.
La réalité est qu'ils font intermédiaires et s'engagent juste à transférer la requête rapidement.
Ça m'a valu 120 euros jetés par la fenêtre.
Je n'utiliserai jamais plus ce site, car si ils induisent en erreur pour un service, il est possible que ce soit le cas d'une manière générale.

Bonjour,
il y a un an j'avais besoin d'un AVE pour séjourner au Canada. Je suis passée par ce site pensant que c'était le site officiel à en juger l'interface. J'ai payé 79 euros et j'ai découvert dans l'après coup l'arnaque car un AVE coute en réalité 7 USD. J'ai manqué de vigilance et je me suis fait délester d'une petite somme. J'avais vérifier sur l'instant la validité du numéro AVE approuvé et transmis par leur service. A plusieurs reprises, il était indiqué sur le site officiel d'AVE Canada que mon dossier n'existait pas. L'AVE étant valable jusqu'en 20/04/2030 et ne l'ayant pas utiliser l'année dernière, j'ai à nouveau vérifié s'il était valable et je constate a nouveau que je ne suis pas enregistrée avec le numéro qui m'a été communiqué. J'ai envoyé deux mails.
J'attends de leurs nouvelles. Mais pour le moment aucune réponse de leur part. A fuir quoiqu'il en soit au regard du prix qui coute 10x plus cher et ne justifie en rien ce montant.

Or, à cette période, notre plateforme Service eVisa n'était pas encore lancée. Il nous est donc matériellement impossible d'avoir traité votre demande d'AVE ou d'avoir procédé à ce prélèvement.
Nous vous conseillons vivement de vérifier le libellé exact de la transaction sur votre relevé bancaire de l'époque. Cela vous permettra d'identifier le véritable site concerné et résoudre votre situation.
Nous vous souhaitons une résolution rapide de ce problème avec le service concerné.
