Overstappen naar Service Points ging makkelijker dan gedacht. Ook vind ik het platform heel fijn om te gebruiken

Ik werk nu sinds een paar maanden samen met Service Points en ik ben hier super tevreden over. Snelle levertijden, goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding en Ik heb een fijne Account Manager die op de achtergrond mijn supply chain optimaliseert en mij daarvan op de hoogte houd. Kortom, super!

Dashboard is top, werkt 100x beter dan losse sheets continu. Ook fijn dat je gewoon in het Nederlands terecht kan.

I started working with SP when I was a “small” dropshipper, but since then I’ve grown into a ''successful fashion brand'' with fully custom production and inventory managed by SP. Every request I made was taken seriously, and whenever something wasn’t initially possible, they always found a way to make it happen. Would definitely recommend them!

Julian recently repaired our fan oven, he was able to confirm that he could obtain a replacement fan part when we called him and completed his visit the next day.

Ik ben tevreden over de samenwerking met SP. Het is prettig om een eigen account manager te krijgen, deze kan je gewoon simpel in het Nederlands benaderen en kan zaken snel doorzetten naar de suppliers. Het dashboard werkt daarnaast fijn en overzichtelijk, dit maakt het dagelijks werk en bijhouden van orders heel fijn. Wel merk ik dat de reactietijden van suppliers soms erg traag zijn. Quality checks duren soms ontzettend lang omdat er geen foto’s zijn, of niet alles waar je om vraagt wordt gestuurd. Dit kost soms dagen voordat het geregeld is en zelfs soms langer dan dat. Over het algemeen ben ik verder zeer tevreden en ervaar ik SP als een fijne partner met goede service

Goed bedrijf, Nederlandse communicatie en een zeer overzichtelijk dashboard!

ServicePoints is a dangerous and not trustworthy company. I was working with them for order fulfilment and everything seemed fine in the beginning. But then suddenly, they stopped supplying me without any notice. Just because I didn’t make 20 orders per day — a rule they never told me clearly before.
There was no warning, no time to fix it — just shut down my store like that. Very unprofessional.
CEO Luca Lenarts and manager Charlie promised support and partnership but in the end, they treat you like you don’t matter. One day they work with you, next day they block your store and you lose everything.
Because of them, I lost my store, my customers and many months of hard work. They don’t take any responsibility and give no support - only silence.
If you are thinking to work with ServicePoints: better not. It is a big risk for your business. What happened to me is also happening to others — just check the other reviews.
Not honest, not professional, not stable.

Service Points combineert slimme technologie met echte service. Ik heb nu één centraal systeem voor mijn hele supply chain, inclusief leveranciers,en order management. Het bespaart me dagelijks uren werk en voorkomt fouten die me eerder veel geld kostten. De support is snel, persoonlijk en denkt écht mee. Voor mij is dit dé basis van een professionele webshop.

The first dropship fulfillment company that is able to track multiple backend metrics! Not like all shitty agents that sent you just their best tracking codes to get you on board. SP shows all the real time metrics, which is way more valuable. Special SO to my account manager Robbie!

Werken nu ongeveer een maand of drie met Service Points. De eenvoudigste dingen gaan mis. Er worden lege dozen verstuurd. Klanten krijgen het verkeerde product, en na grondig overleg, krijgen ze een tweede keer gewoon weer het verkeerde product. SP werkt met suppliers die ze totaal niet onder controle hebben. Heb in al mijn jaren e-commerce zelden met zo'n slechte fulfilment partner gewerkt.

Verbetering na intensief contact met Niels. Verzendtijden liggen nog steeds extreem hoog.

Geen enkel platform is perfect, maar SP komt wel in de buurt.

Werkt erg fijn, heel makkelijk om mee te starten. 0 kosten, alleen je inkoop. Heb in het verleden gewerkt met CJDropshipping, maar dit is 10x beter.

Het enige punt wat soms niet goed is is de communicatie met de leveranciers wegens gebrekkig engels, je kan er wel mee door, maar maakt het soms frustrerend.

When somebody buys a product at my website suppliers automatically start bidding. So I can easily pick which one I want. Only downside is that a lot of suppliers in my experience don’t respond to messages for requesting quality checks. But most suppliers don’t do that before your making enough sales.
