Quick delivery, good price, reasonable quality

I purchased a long sleeve T-shirt and a mug as a Christmas present for my brother. The top was great but the matching design mug which was black had a centimetre square of gleaming white where it hadn’t been printed. I complained to Seasable asking for a refund for the mug. I was offered a replacement, but it was too late the present was given. I explained this requesting a refund again and heard nothing. I emailed again a week or so later saying I wasn’t happy and wanted a refund for the faulty mug. I have still heard nothing and haven’t had a refund. Will never order from this company again. Very disappointed.

Disappointing quality and although they said Christmas delivery date was on website it really wasn’t obvious to me so Christmas T-shirts ordered on 13/12/25 arrived after Christmas.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - ILLEGAL RETUN POLICY

This company do not offer refunds for returned T-shirts, only store vouchers and ask that you pay for the return shipping cost. They claim it is “customised”, even though no customisable changes were made to my order (it was “added to basket” exactly as advertised).

They are also very inconsistent with returns, as they offered my friend a full refund when she tried to return the exact same item (after she referenced her consumer rights), but then would not do the same things for me. They have also now taken down the item from their website, because it did not arriving as advertised.

I have had to raise a claim through my credit card company instead.

Be careful they don't offer refunds if you've made an error ordering for someone else you are better off ordering from a different company I've never had this before so a little concerned having spent money online, everywhere I know returns this company obviously very small

One of the worst clothing stores I have bought from. Everything about them is fake. It's a Chinese dropshipping store masquerading as a UK/US business. The Harrow, London, address is wrong, along with the telephone number. The address doesn't exist; there is just a flat. And the number is a voicebox only number. Bought an item some months ago. Guy sent the wrong item. And then would not return it. Even for the exchange, he demanded extra money. After much deliberation, he sent a discount code that did not work. Despite several reminders and emails, none were answered. Gave them almost 5 months to resolve, but they are dishonest, lying, unethical businessmen. Avoid them like the plague. Shop elsewhere to save your money and mental sanity.

Easy to navigate site, prompt delivery arrived in time for birthday present.

Item received a month after ordering after the first didn't arrive and then had a very slow customer experience of re-sending.

It was easy to navigate the website, the item was well received. I bought the xl for a birthday present, slightly bigger than expected but just in case it shrinks in the wash.

Leuk om een T-shirt te kunnen dragen met mijn naam erop die overigens van toepassing is op my way of life.
Minder leuk is dat de levering gebeurde in schijfjes en dat er 6 weken verschil zat op de levering van het eerste en laatste pakketje, en dit zonder enige communicatie!07

Great customer service, fast reply to my inquiry and easy to follow instructions.

The product is excellent but it took ages to be delivered, to the extent I'd forgotten I'd ordered them. Like I said though, very satisfied with the products.

The overall experience was great the only downside was the delivery company missed an entire day and two time windows otherwise absolutely great

Just wondering what country these products are shipped from?

Whilst my mugs are of good quality, there is a glaring spelling error.
All 3 say 'through my viens' instead of 'through my veins'
These are supposed to be presents
