The compromise agreement was dealt quickly and with professionalism. It was not clear from the beginning that negotiation for a better deal was not included within the agreed fee.

Amazing customer service

I used them for an employment settlement! I would not recommend this firm in fact after my experience I would avoid using them for this type of work. From the off they were vague about their fees and when this was eventually clarified this was much higher than I had stipulated would be a deciding factor for instruction from me. I therefore explained for this reason I did not wish to use them. I had had no appointment with them about my case at this point but was told I would have to pay the fee if I moved the business elsewhere. Also annoying that it took over 7 days for them to establish contact and offer an appointment about my case, this was after a number of missed calls with no timings scheduled until I wished to take my case elsewhere. They were abrupt in tone on the phone and it seemed to me purely interested in the business and not the human being “me” who felt vulnerable having being made redundant. In regard to my case it seemed to me there was limited conversation about my case and no in-depth advice or questions asked from them. All wrapped up in 15 minutes.
My meeting was purely legal jargon about their role and their fees and having spoken to another firm who were sympathetic and caring to my needs I found just in law to be robotic and lacking any real empathy or genuine customer care. I Felt as though they just had a job to do, tick the boxes sign the forms get their fee and onto the next! For these personal reasons I had an unpleasant experience using this firm.
