Ik had iets besteld en moest redelijk lang wachtten, ik heb gestuurt via instagram en mail waarop geen antwoord nu ook gezien dat ze me geblokkeerd hebben en plus nog steeds geen pakketje ontvangen jammer

11.12.2025 jas besteld 159 euro, tot heden niets ontvangen.In het begin werd er nog gereageerd op mails maar nu niets meer, geen reacties.

Jas besteld op 14 december 2025, nog steeds niks ontvangen, 24 februari 2026. 159,95 betaald. Aantal keer gemaild, via insta contact gezocht. Eerst was het dat ik moest wachten, want 31 december was de jas onderweg. En nu wordt er al weken nergens meer op gereageerd. Niks bestellen hier.

Now end of February, still didn't receive anything and NO reaction whatever. This company should shame them to do this. DON"T BUY here. OPLICHTERS

SCAMMERS! ordered 4th jan 2026 tried to contact heard nothing back £146 gone that im sure i wont be getting back because they have no customer service and shipping numbers are all fake! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They take your payment and items don’t ever turn up. Block you on social media when you start questioning their company and asking where your item is. 9 weeks and no items they told me they can’t track my parcel due to shutting down their website and now have a new one. Which is also a big red flag. Now I am not getting no responses from them they are not helpful at all. Obviously they don’t want to be as they already have your money. The website is Netherlands yet the parcel tracking code they gave was from Japan and when I tried to track the company doesn’t recognise the details. You get offered a protection cost to add when you purchase on their site. which makes no difference because it’s just more money in their pocket. The amount of good reviews are usually obvious they have made them theirselves. I do believe they send a few orders to customers but not every order I have contacted other customers through their social media platform and they have had the same poor customer service as myself. And they have now also been blocked of their page. SEVEN ICONS NEEDS CLOSING DOWN PERMANENTLY!

Unreliable, thieves. You don't receive anything. You can't get in contact with them. It's fake. Don't order there!! Paid 169,95 on jan. 4th 2026 and didn't receive anything.

AVOID. Ordered in the 12th of December 2025 still have not received my item. I have contacted them through instagram as well as email. I explained the consumers right act and they simply responded with “ you are free the take legal action”. So that is what I’ll be doing. Extremely rude and customer service is nonexistent. It took longer than 14 days to even be “shipped”. The “shipping number” isn’t even valid. AVOID

Ordered a jacket from Seven Icons and I love it 😍 delivery took long especially cause I ordered over the Christmas season and when I contacted them on instagram they replied instantly reassuring me everytime! Amazing customer service. I will definitely be ordering again over the next couple of weeks. The quality of the jackets are so good to keep me warm in this cold weather thanks again guys 🖤

I bought two pairs of shoes and the first pair came but I’m still waiting for the other pair of shoes but the first one’s came in good condition

The best!!! I love my jacket! I was waiting for my package more than a month but totally worth it!!! When i wanted to make sure my package is okey and will arrive I contacted them on instagram and they responded almost right away which i love!! I will buy something from them again for sure!!
