Have used them 4 times now. Generally very good but this time was a bit disappointed. There were quite a lot of small bits of wood and branches in the bulk purchase.

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback, David and for using us multiple times. Sorry to hear this delivery wasn’t quite up to the standard you’ve come to expect from us. That’s certainly not what we aim for, and we appreciate you flagging it. If you’d like to drop us a message, we’d be more than happy to look into it with you.
I have been a customer of Sevenoaks…
I have been a customer of Sevenoaks Firewood for several years. The wood they provide is consistently dry and burns exceptionally well. Additionally, I have been adding eco coal to my orders, which has proven to be excellent. The delivery service is prompt and reliable, with accurate delivery times. I was particularly impressed when James went the extra mile on New Year's Eve, helping me move the heavy bags of coal. I highly rate this company.
