Selbst nach 8 Monaten ab Bestellung ist die Firma sfaws nicht in der Lage zu liefern oder mir mein Geld zurück zu erstatten.
Obwohl es nur um 42.90€ geht, ist die Firma nicht gewillt einen guten Eindruck zu hinterlassen.

I ordered the 3 pack of halloween scarecrow masks and they are not as described. They are made of rubber, not burlap. They resemble the masks shown but definitely don't have a 16 guage pose able jawline. They misrepresent the quality of the product.

I ordered a multicoloured mineral mug and a clock from Sfaws. I have just received my order of two items. I am very disappointed. The mug is marked as Color B and not Multicolour as ordered. The clock pieces with the circle jewels are broken as they have fallen off the white sticks. Not surprising as the packaging is very poor with little padding to prevent damage. I have just checked the picture of what I thought I was buying and it is nothing like what I have received. The clock in the picture has a metal surround, the decoration on the outside is metal tubes with blue balls. What I have been sent is a plastic panel, white plastic sticks with orange plastic discs glued on poorly.

I am not happy with what has been sent. I would like the clock which is pictured.

I ordered the wrong size for daughter. I was able to contact company and exchange for right size. They answered promptly and gave helpful information on returning. Very happy with shoes. Daughter is big fan of Jack Skeleton.

I purchased a peek a boo bear for my great granddaughter and it came without the battery cover on the bottom. I didn't remember who I bought it from so I found this post on Pinterest and took a chance and emailed them at their customer service and told them my dilemma and the kind person at the customer service told me they would be glad to try and order me one. A few days later I got and email that it was on its way to me . I am very grateful to them for their service ,they went above and beyond for me and didn't charge me anything for the cover. I pray they will recieve many blessings from God for their kindness. Thank you very much!

The size is not the good one
The colour is not the good one. the fabric is not cotton but synthetic
The return cost must be paid by the customer
The office is in China the cost is unbelievable

I made an error in my order. I contacted Sfaws, they got back to me the next day and fixed the situation. Never before has a company got back so quickly with a great solution. I will recommend them always.
