School bag doesn't have a strap to put over the shoulder which I found disappointing the PE bag doesn't have anywhere to write your child's name on. Also it said upto 3 weeks for delivery and we were waiting for 5 weeks with no way of contacting them as I tried phoning several times and they didn't answer any calls and my emails kept getting rejected so overall I'm very disappointed with the service

Absolutely amazing service today. We have used SG for a school wear for a few years and are lucky enough to live local. I ordered at 8am this morning and it was delivered at 8pm this evening. Clothing is all of a high quality too. Very highly recommended!

I don’t often leave reviews but feel amazing customer service deserves an amazing review. We placed a late order for our daughter’s school leavers hoodie. So it’s a tiny order but important to us as our daughter wanted to bring it with her on her class trip. We had a few questions and wanted to find out more info on the lead time. No matter what we asked Steve was there with a response (in the evening and at the weekend), giving help and reassurance they would do all they could to get the order ready and on time. The hoodie was due to be couriered, but true to form Steve went out of his was to ensure it was printed the day before and despite us offering to collect, it was hand delivered to our home in time for the trip. Thank you so much guys, you made our daughter’s day. This to me is amazing customer service, for a random order which most companies would not care about. The hoodie is perfect and I can’t recommend you enough, thank you!!

It does state 2-3 weeks for delivery but this is so long

Would like the option to pay delivery as needed item quickly and unfortunately this is the only place to do the school book bag.
