Friendly efficient staff to measure up, help choose blind and fit it quickly

Excellent service

Highly recommend shades so easy they come to your home measure up and show you samples then a week later they come to install them only took 10 minutes and I love the blinds

From start to finish shades Window Blinds were fantastic my daughter loved her Blinds definitely be recommending them to friends and family

I had Milo out to measure, nice guy no uncomfortable small talk, straight to the point, fantastic price as well, can't wait to get the blinds fitted

It’s now three (3) months since I gave an order to Shades for two (2) perfect fit blinds for my French doors in the diner. I received a phone call from the rep/fitter to say the blinds would be delayed by a week (not good) the blinds themselves are good, at the time of fitting, I pointed out a problem with another blind in my hall which the rep/fitter said he would come back and address the next week, it’s now three (3) months and still not even a phone call, I have now purchased a new blind from another company, not good service, but I suppose once they get the order and have your money that’s them happy and customer service goes out the window.

Friendly service, with a great discount on a good quality roller blind although didnt seem like the colour I remember picking 🫣but still loved it. I would recommend & definitely choose shades blinds again.

The online tracker service was great. Garry was very nice. On arrival he established which kind of blind we wanted and brought in lots of samples to choose from. We contacted a competitor who had supplied and fitted our last 2 blinds but they only come out to measure up for a minimum of 3 blinds! No such restrictions with Shades.

We had black out blinds fitted to try stop our 3 year old getting up during the night when the early mornings were here. Thankfully this has blacked out the light and she is sleeping slightly longer. 🥰

The company really do bend over backwards for their customers. Cannot fault them at all. Extremely impressed. Would highly recommend.

The fitter was prompt, efficient and clean. He had our blinds up without any hassle and was careful. The whole experience was top class and I would recommend to others. From purchase to fitting of our blinds the customer service was informative and reliable. I was notified regularly and felt looked after. We purchased wood effect day and night blinds for living room abd 2 bedrooms.
