The salesman william arrived on time with a lot of nice designs we were very happy picking UVC blind easy to maintain and William was very helpful with no pressure on us to buy 👌

The experience was very easy from measuring to fitting. Both chaps where very friendly and professional. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into making decisions.

A very good service and a good price.

A great company, whole process was simple, came out measured up, lots of choice and fitted following week and at a good price.

Sales rep measured 3 of our windows incorrectly which forced a delay into the installation which was over a week. Fitter was scheduled for a 2nd time to which he cancelled forcing it back another 3 days at a huge inconvenience. Won’t use again.

Terrible communication, too many mistakes with dates, delivering blind when they were told not to, due to work being done in house. Really bad, disappointed. Would never buy again nor recommend shades to anyone. Annoyed purchaser 😡

Absolutely brilliant service and loved our blinds. Only wee snag is the last installation of the kitchen window, the mechanism is broken. But was booked on there and then for another instalment. Great service and great prices especially for a 2 bedroom house

Great experience from start to finish. Easy ordering service. The fitter Duncan was friendly and polite. My new blinds were fitted quickly and with care, I was also given a quick tutorial on how to work the blinds features. Would definitely return again, and I would recommend.
