Poor quality straps and under band - they do not give good support

I received my order from Shapechic today and was really looking forward to wearing a bra that had support without an underwire and was comfortable to wear. Well— I took advantage of the buy 1 get 2 free so I ordered the 3 in beige/nude. I ordered UP 2 sizes because I know that products such as these are often made in Asia and their sizes run small. Even with the largest size available, the bras don’t even cover a quarter of my breasts.I have never worn this large a size, so obviously they are not fitted properly.
I contacted the company about the issue and asked for a refund and a prepaid label so I could return the bras. I was told that I would have to pay for tracked return shipping in order to get a refund. I told them I requested the return due to their faulty product. I will, therefore, donate the cheaply made bras rather than pay more than they are worth to ship them back to Shapechic. I also informed them that I would also leave a detrimental review for prospective future customers warning them not to purchase from the company. I’m quite certain that the Better Business Bureau has not given them accreditation and will also be notified. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!

I seen the ad of shape chic bras on Tik Tok and everything looks so convincing! I took a chance and I purchased 6 bras and couldn’t wait for it to arrive
!! Finally when it did arrive I tried it on and I can honestly say this is the worse bras ever😩 when my dog seen me try it on it barked continuously non stop🥹That’s how terrible it looked!! I requested for a refund and I then received the address to send it back and I was told to provide the thieving company with a tracking number! The postage cost me more than what I paid for the item!!! This is the reason why the comments are turned off on Tik Tok because this thieving company doesn’t want to be exposed!! This company needs to be exposed 🤔 if I could give this company 0 stars I would!!
I bet the few reviews that gave this company 5 stars are friends or even staff

I ordered my 3 bras in size 2 XL on the 1st August they came today on the 12th and I am roughly a size 16/18 these bras fit my size 6 daughter and there was no way they would fit me...came from China...I am not even a 2 xl but decided to go bigger, God knows what size I would need now...I should have read the reviews before I ordered as then I would have not wasted my money.

Waited 2 weeks finally came sent 2xl when I ordered xl but doesn't matter the cup size is totally wrong way too small please don't waste your money with these bras poorly made don't hold u up no wonder u buy 1 get 2 free

I ordered the shapechick bras, followed their sizing guide and ordered correct size for me. What I received was very ill fitting flimsy bras with absolutely no control, when asked to return for refund, turned out they are in China. There was no indication of this when I ordered. So the cost to me would be £16 to send back. They would not accept my responsibility for sending products not fit for purpose. Decided not to bother sending back, as all I would get back is ,£4! Would rather donate them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, TOTAL SCAM.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Rubbish garments wrong size no support. If I could give minus stars I would. To return costs more than the garment. Wish I’d just given my money to charity. I also will never buy from a company on their on site reviews.

The size on the website is misleading. "Completely untrue" I am a 38 F and bought the XL which was to small. I wrote to the customer service team, Emma reply that I would need to pay for returns, without acknowledged that they got it wrong. Very disappointed as a whole. Thus is the reason why o e should never buy such thing as undergarments on line. They are completely untrustworthy.

Was excited to receive my bras ordered L and XL as not sure of size normally a 38c. At first it was comfortable but kept riding up at front which was very annoying this was the same with both sizes. Not worth the hassle of sending back. Very dissatisfied so advice avoid

The items arrived in quick time.
Lovely item (bras) but sadly wrong size.
Now very dissapointed as tried to contact twice ref exchange and no one has come back to me.
Now thinking not happy experience and will not use again.
Customer service once transaction completed ..... Not Good.

Received the order absolutely rubbish bras different sizes and colours sent to what was ordered. I have contacted them three times to get the return address BUT COMPLETELY BLANKED BY THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY THESE BRAS AT ALL

China address for refund even though it clearly states on the package a UK based return address.
Also offers 30 day money back guarantee ... that's after you spend £15/20 returning to China

This is a scam company. Never received my item. The first attempt was clearly delivered to a completely wrong address. I provided all evidence to support this claim. And while they agreed that it was delivered to the other side of London they said they couldn’t give me my money back. Instead, I was forced to agree to have another sent out. This was 3 weeks ago. I have t received anything. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Blatant scam

Oh I wish I had read the reviews as everyone else says. Terrible quality product. Terrible fit. Zero support. £15 to return and it only cost £20! Just one great big waste of money. Save yourself - shop elsewhere!

Ordered 3 of the orgional bras. I'm a 36F so ordered the L as advised on their sizing. I don't think I've ever been more disappointed in a bra. I didn't expect much but my girls are atleast 4x the size of the cups in the bra. For a company that claims to cater to fuller busts they are absolutely SHITE😅 save your pennies ladies it ain't worth it. Not even worth the hassle of trying to get a refund. Lesson learned.

As others have said cost £15 to return so instead will donate items to the local charity shop.

If I could give no stars I would. What a complete waste of money.
When I tried them on they didn't even fit over my boobs, it’s as though the straps were to short. The material is cheap and nasty must of cost about £2 to make if that. The pictures are deceiving and make them look better than they are.
They have the worse reviews I have ever read for a product.
Wanted to send them back for a refund, but as we all now know you have to send it to China, costing me another £15 with no guarantee of ever getting the refund.
The company should be investigated, what a croc of ……

Worst quality I have ever seen. And I also had to pay to send back. I wouldn't advise anyone to get them. Even if they were free

Incorrect order sent and no response to email.
Orders size M and received a size L. Emailed and received a reply to say they it on and see how if fits. Response to say I had already don’t that and it’s too big. I had ordered a M going off there sizing chart and that’s what I expected. No reply. Emailed again . No reply!!!
