My customer service experience with Shapeways was wonderful. They had excellent customer service the whole way through and walked with me every step of the way through the nightmare that is the Postal system right now.

I received my package late and almost didn’t get it at all, but the truth is even getting the items late was fine with me and here is why; they took care of me.

I submitted a report to their customer service immediately after finding out that my package was mishandled and a computer responded that they would get to my issue “as soon as possible”. To be honest I didn’t really have faith, I have been “handled” before and I thought that my issue was going to be swept under the rug.

It was not. Their team contacted me the next day, there was a verifiable plan to solve the issues I had and each time a part of the plan was enacted they contacted me to let me know that things were proceeding as planned. Honestly, they did a great job assuaging my concerns and helping me through the issue. A+

I needed the parts ready ahead of the originally given date and Shapeways delivered on this. Quality of parts was as usually outstanding.

Had a small issue with the original order in that there was printing issues. Designer redid the file and the price came down. After a bit of back and forth everything was settled A-OK and the parts arrived today. Thanks for a good job done.

Absolutely amazing products and even better customer service! Had a shipping issue and Shapeways were not only so kind as to assist and follow up with the various shipping companies - but even organised a replacement print when no headway was made there. So very impressed - love this company!

The Shapeways team has always worked hard to ensure that I receive my orders (I worked directly with Adela Zemkova). The customer service is very friendly, timely, and active in getting issues resolved. I placed an order that was lost by USPS and Shapeways worked hard to find a solution that worked best for me. You don’t find that kind of customer service everywhere! I have been and will continue to be a return customer due to the great customer service!

Great service, very good products. I have ordered from Shapeways more than 10 times, every time the product was excellent.
I've had contact with customer service on several occasions and each time they were quick, very nice and knowledgeable.
Shipping is usually a bit faster than what they advertise, I did have a few orders that were shipped one or two days late.
The prices they offer are usually comparable wih their competitors. Shipping costs are a bit high, but the packaging was better than expected on most items.

The parts I ordered arrived in a reasonable timeframe, but there was a problem with the fit. These are complex structures with undercut channels that must fit an existing metal part precisely.

Lefteri in the QA group provided superb support - to understand and verify the problem, then get the designer and production team to confirm the problem and address the solution. The support was fast and intelligent, and I was kept informed of progress at every step of the way.

It's clear to me that Shapeways' goal is 100% customer satisfaction, so I will be a returning customer.

Shapeways was and always will be the best find for Massive 3-D Printed Corporation on where I was able to find through a Star Trek Starfleet Battles Captain’s Log #53. In that informational booklet they mentioned that they recently started utilizing this site for miniature Starships orders instead of doing them in pewter metal as your site it’s a lot cheaper but the details are so impressive but for many different scale miniatures of other Geration based starfleet vessels seen in all TV and Motion Pictures!!! Love this site and all the awesome people who keep this and its designers like a close knit family and very thankful I found you guys as I placed probably ~100 or more orders on so many scaled ships that I could find and get in 1/100-1/7000 Scaled miniature starships!!!! Please keep up the great work my friends!!!!

Ordered a servo on axle mount for a redcat portal axle..I am VERY happy with it! It fit perfectly and is of excellent quality. I couldn't be more pleased with it. Highly recommend!

Although I have received the guys' I have not yet started the PT boat build. The figures themselves look very real and are of excellent quality. This will be a fun build and painting detail will very tedious for a 73 yr old modeler.

Excellent and fast customer service response when the order was lost by the shipping service. They initiated an immediate replacement. The quality of these 1/350 scale missile guidance radars (AN/SPG-51B) is just amazing. Much more authentic detail than other aftermarket “upgrade” kits that I purchased elsewhere to replace weapons systems, etc. Simply outstanding in every respect

A rapid and excellent customer service. Products received are tiny works of art. Once I have all the accesories required I cannot wait to get started on my Era 1 railway layout.
