You guys are truly amazing, my trip was wonderful using your accessories made a seamless experience and thanks for your patience while one of the items was left behind with me an intercom holder and you guys waited for a week with full patience, my apologies for the delay . Rented a ps5 and they delayed it 3 times they kept pushing the date of delivery everytime it was due for delivery if it is not available please do not allow us to rent it in the first place.

Profile verification process is too hectic, i don't know why they ask to verify personal and professional details of a friend. They really have a hectic process which may take 6-7 days to complete. I received the product but had to follow up very often for the profile verification. Rest, the product delivery was smooth and the product was also good.

It was very simple and straightforward to rent a projector from SharePal. The best part was delivery at your door step and zero security deposit. The projector box was also very sturdy and easy to carry. I will suggest this website to everyone looking to rent a high quality product with trust and care.

I’ve booked a gaming console from SharePal twice, and both times the experience has been a complete failure. My orders were accepted, payments were collected immediately, and yet the product was never delivered as promised. Only after I repeatedly followed up post the missed delivery slot did they go ahead and cancel the orders without any prior notice.

This is not just poor service, it’s outright irresponsible and unacceptable. There is zero ownership, zero communication, and absolutely no respect for the customer’s time or trust. At no point did they have the basic courtesy to inform me about the unavailability in advance. Instead, I was left chasing their support team just to get a status update, and then again forced to follow up multiple times for refunds.

Taking payments without the ability to fulfill orders, failing to communicate, and making customers run behind them for both updates and refunds reflect extremely unprofessional and unreliable operations. This has been a thoroughly frustrating experience, and I would strongly caution others before relying on their service.

I am extremely happy after receiving the quality shoes for my Trek, it's absolutely snow resistant & waterproof
At so minimal cost I am getting so high quality shoes, wooooooow it's worth ❤️

Excellent customer service and secured delivery.

Excellent product and reasonable pricing in compare to product quality. It seems new and hygiene maintained at top notch. Very easy and user friendly renting and delivery process revamps the confidence. Excellent support team and their quick turnaround time, as I needed the product replacement as the earlier product was not fit into my size. Overall a very nice and pleasant experience in multiple occasions of renting different product categories.

Excellent experience in renting out PS5 from Sharepal. Their WhatsApp integrated updates and support is really appreciated.

Pathetic service.. never buy or rent from them as they show something and will deliver something...customer service horrible..no response from them how many times you call or text...they are just silent
