Scam. Arrived from China, not Naples Fl. Very poor quality and took an awful long time to arrive. I tried to refuse delivery but wouldn't you know I was not home when it arrived. DO NOT BUY!

If I could leave no stars, I would. This is a scam international company. There’s no Sharon Sandals in Naples, FL. They basically admitted that to me in an email.
I have requested to return my sandals at least 5 times and they just won’t provide a return address. They keep sending emails back with ridiculous offers (10% refund) to keep the sandals so I can avoid international return shipping charges. They don’t mention anything on their website about the fact that it’s an International company. They tout their Easy Return policy with “no worries, no pressure.” It’s a joke. Don’t buy from them!

Scam company out of China. This is not a store in Naples Florida. Total fraud

New buyers be ware. This looks like a scam. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals for a total of $124.42. One pair was sold out and they said they would refund the price of the sandals ($58.46). I have not received the refund from 5 weeks ago. The second pair came. The quality was very poor and they were way too big. I requested to send them back for a refund($53.96). They said to keep them and receive 5% refund. Now, I have not received one pair and the one I did receive I can’t wear because it’s too big. I spent $124.42 and have not received anything back from them. I will NOT order again from them!! Be ware!!!!

These sandals are the cheapest i have EVER seen! The quality is so bad. This whole this is a scam. The emails they are sending me back after i tried to return these shoes is border line extortion. Do not fall for it! I cannot believe i did.

Sharon’s Sandals is a scam! Do not order from them. Sharon sandals claim to be a going out of business after 35 years in Naples, Florida. The business does not exist, and the cheaply made shoes are coming from China. I am in the process of disputing this with my credit card company.

SCAM ALERT! I fell for the ‘retiring after 30 years’ scam. The address I found for Sharon’s is actually a Ben & Jerry’s and has been for years. Tried to cancel the order the day I submitted but of course no one responded and the crappy shoes were sent. After researching Sharon’s Sandals or boutique there isn’t any business license nor has there ever been one in Naples. I filed a fraud alert with the state and since I’m over 60 it is also ‘senior fraud’ hopefully the site will be shit down. Filed a dispute with my credit card and they want to see all emails and evidence of return policy not being published etc. I’m not giving up either! I don’t want there 20% credit back on my card I want them shut down!

Only bc I can’t give zero stars! Scam site! Every day “Sharon” in Naples, FL is retiring! I suckered for three pairs for over $200. They’re totally cheap, are the wrong size not what was ordered, and don’t fit! Supposed to be 30 day no hassle returns! Instead they told me to keep the shoes that are plastic, not high-end leather! They’re in CHINA and are a complete scam!!!!!

I just received a pair of sandals that I paid $59.99 for, for a cruise. Navy slip-ons with a wedge heel, supposedly orthopedic type shoes. After 11 days, they arrived in a plastic bag, no box and no invoice, at my front door. VERY light weight, and not at all like shoes should weigh for proper stability. I tried them on, and they're so loose around the foot, not snug, and very cheaply made; a hazard to wear. Very disappointed. Ordering online, despite a reputable looking website, is very risky. Scammers!

If i could give them a 0, I would! Total scam. Their 30 day hassle free returns is a lie. Don't buy from them. No phone number...only a c/s person. If you want to return shoes, they have to go back to China but magically they'll replace them all and send you replacement shoes. Not true to size. Total SCAM

Like everyone else I am reading about I purchased 2 pair of shoes. They did arrive, eventually, from China. International shipping...that was a shock since the "store" is supposedly in Naples. I have been emailing with someone from the company and have also been offered a 10% refund. As the grammar in the email indicated it may not be an English speaking person responding, I did clarify whether they would keep 10% or if they were actually only offering me 10% of my total back. What a sham. I have disputed this with my credit card company.

This is a scam site. The shoes you receive are the same shoes for sale on SHEIN for considerably less money. (Found mine for $12.61. I paid $60, the “Retirement Sale” price.) The shoes ship internationally, NOT from Florida. If you want to return them, as I do, you are offered a 10% refund, and keep the shoes. This amount was then increased to 20% when I said no to the initial offer. This offer is made to supposedly save you the time and cost of returning internationally. The shoes have no manufacturer listed and are vinyl, with no support. Definitely not orthopedic shoes. Save yourself time and money and do not get sucked into the scam. If quality doesn’t matter, order from SHEIN.

Cheap product. I think this site may be a scam.

Reading the reviews I realize two things.

1 I was scammed as well. Shoes were not as advertised and they are giving me the run around -11 emails back and forth and they STILL have not giving me a return address.

2 no one is returning the shoes and are being stuck with the charges.

I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DISPUTED the charge which is what everyone should be doing so that the company get flagged as a scam and the credit cards will block purchases from being allowed and others will not fall into this trap.

We must have all gotten duped at the same time. Took a long time to arrive. Poor quality. No easy way to return. This is terrible.

I fell for this scam. This isn't a store in Naples Florida. It's an online scam out of China. There is no Sharon. She's not retiring. Started wondering why it was taking so long to get shoes from a store one town away. It's because it coming from China. Total scam. Still haven't received any shoes.

Sharons Sandals is a complete rip off.
Bought 4 pairs . Not worth the price.
I have asked to return the items and bring told I need to send them internationally to their supplier. This is crazy. Do NOT TRUST THRM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. WARNING

Well… this company spoke to my heart, and I actually believed Sharon was retiring. NOT TRUE! The two pair of shoes I ordered took weeks to arrive from FL, AKA China. Love the style and colors of the sandals, but they are not orthopedic or quality shoes. Thanks to a friend who introduced me to Trustpilot, I will check out all companies prior to ordering anything online moving forward. After reading the other reviews on this site, I will not even attempt a return. I’ll live with my overpriced, poor quality sandals.

Was really mad when I ordered from the Sharon Sandals website in Naples Florida and found out that the shoes were shipping from China. I received them and they were made cheap and terrible construction. Tried to return but will cost me more to return them then I paid for the shoes
