I was truly impressed with the quality of service from SharpRemit. Their customer service was fantastic. I confirmed their very competitive rate over the phone and was told the money will be available in within 3 business days. My brother received the money in his bank account in less than 48 hours, at the exact rate confirmed earlier- no surprises there. What I was pleasantly surprised was to find out later that an extra ~2% of the transfer amount was deposited to the account. I called them again and was expained this is because SharpRemit is acceredied by Bangladesh Bank and every dollar you send adds to the government record of foreign remittance. Overall, great rates, fast delivery and ethically remitted.
