Not in stock
I wrote the review below after having my purchase cancelled and being refunded my payment.
What happened was that they didn't have the product in stock but I couldn't see that due to a glitch on their website.
However their customer service was very attentive and helpful amd I received my refund in due course.
For that reason I'm changing my review from 1 to 4 stars.
I'll leave what I wrote previously below anyway, but I changed my mind and would give them another chance.
I bought a lighter from them yesterday. However, today I got an email saying that I would get a refund due to the lighter being out of stock.
The refund still hasn't showedin my account but I don't believe I should have any problems (I'm following this).
But serisouly? The company does not know how many items they have in stock?
In their email they say "We hope this doesn't prevent you from future browsing." Well, perhaps browsing is ok, but buying? I don't think so. I don't wanna play this game in which I have to find out what you guys have in stock. It should be simple, but wasn't.
