I've really enjoyed my daily shed shakes the past two months. I have one shake in place of my breakfast and lunch every workday when I'm just at my desk. I started with coffee and chocolate, both of which I love, and just re-ordered to give vanilla a try. I've noticed myself losing excess weight without it being too dramatic, and I'm feeling better in myself from the shakes rather than snacking from the cupboard!

I highly recommend Shed. I use the shake every day for breakfast as it's quick and so it's perfect for people in a rush. Its filling and tastes great. I use the chocolate flavour. I can't wait to see what the guys come up with next

I've been using ShedShake for a week now and I'm genuinely impressed. I chose the coffee and vanilla flavours to start with and have been alternating them depending on the time of day—coffee for breakfast and vanilla for either lunch or dinner. At first, I mixed them with water, which was okay, but once I tried them with milk, the taste improved massively—much creamier and more enjoyable.

What surprised me most is how filling they are. After drinking one, I don’t feel the need to snack between meals like I usually would. That’s been a big change for me. Alongside using ShedShake, I’ve also been getting out walking and biking more, and I’ve already noticed some weight loss, which is really encouraging.

This is my first time trying meal replacement shakes, so I wasn’t sure what to expect—but I’ve honestly been enjoying them and sticking with it has been easier than I thought. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon and would recommend giving it a try if you're looking for something convenient, tasty, and satisfying.

Delivered quickly, however, and I do need to be honest, despite the branding and the fact that this is not a vegan meal replacement shake, the taste is very strange and not one I enjoy. I tried chocolate, but couldn't finish the first shake. I do not wish to try the others.
It mixes well, but I cannot drink it because of the after taste. There were very few reviews on this product, assuming it was new, so hopefully this helps someone.
