From Office scheduling and confirmation to receiving an email update on the day of the engineers arrival on site. Can not fault the process. The engineer who arrived was also very pleasant and knowledgeable with a service sheet being sent straight away after the sign off. Thank you for a streamlined service visit.

Contacted Shenton just gone 9am, they were here just gone 11am, they also called to talk through what they will be doing and find out information. So, swift and detailed call out to change the parameters on the switch gear in order to stop the gererator kicking in too often.

Came onsite promptly and completed the job in a reasonable time. All good.

I'm not sure if Shenton have their own engineers or are they a management company, I've never had a maintenance contract where so many sub contractors are used. Refuelling, fuel polishing, faults, call outs, remedial works all by sub contractors, I may as well go direct and save.

No service was done only an inspection, I was lead to believe the money I gave you up front was for a service, £1800 is very expensive for a inspection

charged to come out, didn't fix the problem and sent another quote to revisit.
