Fantastic mattress and amazing service. I had to leave home early on delivery day and the amazing staff did everything to get the delivery to me.

I must say I have had the best customer service for years. From the first contact to the day of delivery. Perfect service.
The mattress is exactly what we wanted medium and is of the best quality.
Would never go anywhere else than Sherman for anything they have for sale.
Big thank you to Mark and to the two very helpful friendly delivery men. The best service and product.

The guy at the showroom was great. Delivery was terrible, they just turned up, tracked dirt in the house and didn’t even apologise.

So much for a sms before hand and tracking.
May have been no a one off as my family member had a better experience.

They did get an sms and the delivery team took shoes off before entering.

Fantastic customer service from the initial purchase right through until delivery. Bed is excellent and my son is one happy camper. Mattress is exactly what we wanted and the staff went out of their way to ensure we were looked after.

After reviewing all of the videos and product information, I made my final decision to purchase online. At the time of delivery, they was quite kind and provided more information about warranty and other matters. The mattress itself is wonderful and precisely what I needed.

This is our second mattress from Sherman. We are big supporters of this company. They deliver so promptly. They are so professional. They offer great communication. Very professional. The quality of the mattresses are outstanding. I am definitely getting such better nights sleep compared to our extremely hard mattress we did have.

Great customer service, fast delivery and the mattress came in a re-usable mattress cover which is awesome! That saves a lot of plastic and cardboard boxes!

We're into our second month of sleeping on the mattress. We bought the "firm but fair" version and it's been amazing. I prefer a harder mattress and my partner prefers a slightly softer the mattress. What we've found is that with the mattress topper, it's actually met both our needs.
One of the issues we had when getting in and out of bed, we would disturb the other person as the mattress springs would move. With the Sherman, we can both get in and out without disturbing the other person. It's been great for both of our sleep!

Finally I am well rested after a long time.

I'm very pleased with my firm but fair mattress. It perfectly matches the product description - important for buying a mattress online. I spent so much time in bed with covid I simply couldn't stand my old mattress any longer, so the prompt delivery was much appreciated! Customer service was brilliant. Personal, quick and made everything easy.

I love the new mattress! It's sooooo comfortable, even if the delivery was not quite at the time specified.

My first night was so cosy. I was a little concerned as firmer than previous mattress but wow it was a great night’s sleep. The two guys were great, delivery on time and they set it up and took away to packaging. The dogs were the first to give it the seal of approval. Thank Sherman’s.

From doing all my research to finding Sherman online, and on sale, was an interesting process ending in the delightful Sherman contact and purchase.
The communications with the company were outstanding and everything that was promised was achieved.
They even found an alternative date for my delivery, just to suit me.
The online purchase was simple after using all the videos and product information to make my final decision.
The guys that delivered the mattress, and took away my old one, were so polite and gave further information on warranty etc at point of delivery.
And the mattress itself is a stunner ! I got a FIRM BUT FAIR and it is exactly what I was looking for.
I will not be using the 100 day return policy, but it WAS one of the reasons I went with Sherman.
Highly recommend this company.
