Had some issues but Justin helped resolve every problem that came up.

I worked with Sophia Johnson and the scheduling was easy. She quoted me a price of $775 with a $150 depsit and the remaining amount due at deliver. However, after that there was no communication which was fine. I didnt worry about it until the day of pickup when I asked what time it would be picked up. She then said that the driver was no longer picking up 2 cars just mine and that the price was now $1700!! I told her that she did not have my permission to pickup the truck as I signed a contract for $775 not $1700. They try to get you to sign another contract with the different amount. She kept telling me no worries, and no big deal. That is a huge difference so of course its a big deal. Finally after hours of crap I agree to a price if $1050 being that I needed that vehicle here. The driver then calls me that day that he was on his way to get my truck and asked if we would be there in 3 hours. Let him know that was good. Then I have 2 drivers calling me that they are both there. They booked multiple drivers and didnt inform them. I then spent hours trying to figure out who was the right driver to pickup my truck. I didnt want the wrong expensive driver to get it and I get stuck paying the higher amount. I speak to Sophia and basically kept getting told no worries just call the driver. I called several people trying to figure it all out. Why pay someone if you have to do all the work. Finally find out who the driver is and get that squared away. Then the driver and his dispatch were amazing they kept in cotact and made it to me a day earlier. It was delivered and she text me asking for a review. I was working and couldnt reply then kept getting "?????" question marks. I wasnt going to leave a review because it wasnt going to be good. But being that shes hounding for a review here it is. For your sanity STAY AWAY! Use anyone else.

Yes the price did change but honestly that’s what you get with these kind of business. Brad stayed in contact. The price was perfectly fine with me and during the whole process the kept checking in to make sure everything went smoothly.

Had no issues - Justin was super helpful. The day the truck was supposed to be picked up they said the driver was in an accident- they found another transport truck and I had to pay a little more- still reasonable and I just wanted my truck, so I didn’t care in the end. Justin 518-897-3764 was helpful and maintained good communication.
