Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5)

Review:

I recently had the pleasure of engaging Ship Cars Ltd for shipping my beloved vehicle to Dubai, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Being a first-time car shipper, I had concerns and worries, but Ship Cars Ltd, particularly Nikki, made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

After finding Ship Cars Ltd through a Google search, I decided to give them a call. From the moment I spoke with Nikki, I knew I was in good hands. Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor immediately alleviated my concerns. She patiently explained the exact shipping process, answered all my questions, and was always available to address any further queries I had.

Throughout the entire journey, from the vehicle collection at my property to the holding site and ultimately to loading, Nikki and her team provided exceptional service. They kept me well-informed at every stage by sharing pictures, ensuring I was kept in the loop. This level of transparency and communication was truly commendable.

I cannot recommend Ship Cars Ltd enough. This company is top-notch, and Nikki, in particular, was an absolute joy to deal with. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine care for customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction. Thanks to Ship Cars Ltd and Nikki, my car arrived in Dubai safely and on time, exceeding my expectations.

A reliable company that has fulfilled its task in a timely manner. Shipcars, it's a pleasure to work with you! I recommend it to everyone who has not yet found "their" carrier.

The work is coordinated at all stages. At the beginning I was given answers to all the questions I was interested in. A little later I was informed about the status of the cargo. As a result - I received the car on time and without damage. Thank you Shipcars!

Congratulations! I would like to express my gratitude for your work. I was pleasantly impressed by the approach of your company to both the order and the customer. If I need the services of a transport carrier again, I will not hesitate to choose Shipcars!

I thought for a long time and made a wise decision to turn to Shipcars. This company did not disappoint me, I was able to track my order and clarify all the issues that concerned me.

This is the third time I used ship cars service for my car transportation. The managers I worked with are always very helpful. I like they keep me updated through the whole process. This time I received my car even earlier than I expected, they found me team drivers for very good price. I will definitely recommend using this company, they do their job professionally.

I usually buy cars at the different auctions. The first time I shipped the car with them waste very fast. The second time shipping took lil bit more time to assign a driver, cuz the auction was in kinda remote place and drivers do not want to go in that area. They were sending me the emails every evening. Finally they got the driver to pick up my Cadillac Escalade. That is my third time shipping and they moved the car within 4 days, they arranged the driver very fast so I wasn’t paying any storage.

Fair price and fast service. My car arrived earlier than expected and in the same condition. Easy to book and helpful customer service. All my needs were met. I was happy to pay this company their booking fee for such a great experience. Would use again next winter.

I was looking for a reputable shipping company with reasonable prices to ship my challenger in the enclosed trailer. This company made the deal worth my money. Will hire them again in the future.
