Good price, prompt pick up and delivery. Driver followed my instructions, car delivered in condition it left pickup point.

Truck arrived within the estimated time frame. Good communication with dispatcher and it was easy to arrange pick up. Price was better than another competitor. I would have rated it a 5 if I was able to track delivery, or at least had communication with the driver during the journey to have a better idea of what day to expect delivery. (This was across the country)

The driver was very respectful of us and of the cars/trucks he was delivering. He made sure that he unloaded in a safe location.

I live in New Jersey, I searched the internet for a particular car and found it in Illinois, a deal was made that the dealership in Illinois was to take my current car on trade and deliver me my new car in NJ; therefore proper shipping needed to happen. shipnts.com pulled off a dance between the dealership and myself, as well as a cross country move and all that comes with it perfectly. NTS shipped my 1969 Jag XKE from Los Angeles to Virginia Beach, VA. The price was in line with the market and more importantly they worked with me on a delivery schedule and kept me informed of progress. I am very glad that I chose National Transport Services (NTS) to ship my classic vehicle across the country. There was a minor snag during transport as is often the case in this unpredictable business, but that only gave a good company a chance to show why I was correct to choose them. Lily was on top of the situation immediately and kept me informed as progress was made to deliver my vehicle. When my vehicle arrived, it was a quick and easy delivery.

I have NEVER done this before. I purchased a brand new vehicle from a dealership 1,800 miles from my home. Why? It actually saved me a lot of money. The only issue - getting it home! I contacted many transport companies for quotes. I chose National Transport Services because 1) they gave me a very fair quote, and 2) they stayed in touch (COMMUNICATION!) with me throughout-from purchase through pick-up through delivery, and 3) they were very professional throughout. They transported my new vehicle to my chosen drop-off point, even beating me there. The driver was very helpful and unloaded us expeditiously. Overall, extremely satisfied with NTS and would use them again! By the way, I am in no way affiliated or paid or get ANYTHING from NTS. I contacted NTS on a Friday night for a quote to expedite my vehicle pick up due to two other companies treating me horrible and lied to me. Lily responded to me on the following day and communicated quickly that I would be made a priority. I was movingfrom California to Delaware and starting a new job, so it was time sensitive.
