The people were so great. From talking on the phone setting up shipping my antique cash register from California to Pennsylvania to the 2 men who picked it up and wrapped it. My cousin received it in perfect condition. It was a really good experience. I appreciated how ShipSmart treated me and my property. I would definately use them again.

The people I talked with were so nice and helpful. The 2 men who came to my house to pick up the antique cash register I was sending from Califiornia to Pennsylvania were so very nice and helpful. I watched them wrap it and carry it out and they did a great job. It arrived @ my cousins house in perfect condition and he was very happy as was I!

Jasper McQugh then followed up in the same manner to ensure shipping needs were met.
Unfortunately, I did not make note of the names of the two gentlemen that came to the house, but their focus, care and attention around packaging to ensure all items to be shipped was remarkable, and so greatly appreciated. They packed each item with such care to ensure shipping to Hawaii, and North Carolina, from California, went without a chip or break.

I was very impressed with my recent experience with Ship Smart. I had several fragile antique pieces, (family heirlooms), that needed to be shipped from IL to TX. There were misc boxes as well. The pick up, wrapping, and delivery were beyond expectation. Everything I have unwrapped thusfar is in excellent condition, without a scratch. My sincere thanks to your company for taking such good care of our family's things, as if they were your own. I will recommend Ship Smart in the future! The communication was great as well. Thank you to all involved, you have a fan!

We scheduled our pick up in Scottsdale, AZ a few weeks ahead for early May. A master bedroom set, twin beds, and some artwork. Packers arrived on time to pick up. I bubble and box packed the artwork, they wrapped everything else. After it was taken to the warehouseand weighed, our estimate was increased by about a third. Fortunately we still felt the price was fair. Our shipment was on a truck within 2 weeks, and delivery was arranged by the local warehouse at my convenience. The process was seamless. Nothing was damaged. Communication in AZ and and IL was excellent, I always had someone to talk to. We paid extra for inside delivery, worth every penny as we are seniors. Very pleased, thank you Shipsmart!

Team was fantastic. The handled my small shipment with the upmost care and it was far less expensive than the quotes I received from the Van lines. It felt far more secure and professional that the sites that send you bids. Best yet was the total bill was less then estimated. I highly recommend!

Customer Service seemed a bit overworked. Decent conversation up front. Provided details of what needed to be moved and the addresses for pickup and delivery. Was told I would get an estimate either that afternoon or first thing in the morning. Waited until 1pm the next day and still no word, update or estimate. Called back and was told they were waiting on the local warehouse to provide a quote. Was told they would contact the warehouse now to get an update and I would receive the estimate shortly via email. Almost 12 hours later...nothing. I contacted another shipping company that most likely is this companies biggest competition, received a great estimate in less than an hour at less than half the cost this company said they felt the estimate would probably come back at. This company may have been competitive when the true estimate came back, but won't know because I never received one.

Really just exceptional customer service! There were some issues with the shipment, and they did everything in their power (and then some!) to make it right. Prompt replies, easy to get a hold of, and understanding through it all. Beyond great. Well done Ship Smart!

They did what they said they would. They kept me comfortable during the entire process, including status updates on my shipment. I’ve moved MANY times and this was seamless.

Excellent experience. Picked up my boxed items in a timely manner. Handled all items with great care. Packaging (on pallet) was very well done, with extra padding. Great customer support and help in filling out all forms (for cross border shipping which would have been a nightmare except for Ship Smart's assisstance). Not a single problem with border crossing either. No problems obtaining my items and had timely notification of shipping routes and time of delivery. Delivery in my home town was perfect, no damage. No extra charges or hidden costs, period. It is important for all customers to accurately count, weigh and measure boxes/items so that the cost quoted by Ship Smart can be right on, do not guestimate this part!

From getting a quote, to the pickup and delivery, it was a seamless process. Every person who assisted me was professional and pleasant, and extremely helpful. I am very pleased with my experience with ShipSmart!

Last time was my third time I used Ship Smart Inc. We had a great experience every time. They are on time, professional and courteous. I believe they are one of the few moving companies who pick and deliver on time. Highly recommended!

I have never had a poor experience with Ship Smart. The entire staff is efficient and easy to work with. Our customers we set up with them have all been extremely pleased.
I will recommend them over & over to any of our clients that would benefit from their services.

I recently shipped some household goods across the country. I’ve used shippers before but this move was smaller and Ship Smart was recommended. In a rating from 1 to 10 I’d give them a 15 !

In previous moves the packing was haphazard and there was always some damage. Ship Smart’s packaging and handling were top notch - on time, good phone contact, good price and no damage ! A home run.

On a personal note - the shipment was precious cargo. My 36 year old son passed away in New Mexico and his brother and I packed the remnants of his life and shipped them to our home in Virginia - very personal. It was a great relief that all of his precious memories were protected in the move.

I tell you, I couldn’t be happier! I didn’t know where to begin to get my granddaughters things from Canada to Georgia. I was given the name of Ship Smart…and you took it from there. You figured out how to manage a ‘not too large’ shipment…picked it up at a storage unit in Canada and it arrived at my granddaughter’s house… just perfectly! Thank you!

A trusted moving company recommended me to Ship Smart for my moving services from Houston TX to Phoenix AZ. They picked up all of my things from Houston and packed it on 2 pallets according to the weight of each box. They built a crate around the boxes and wrapped it a bunch of times with padding and extra security! We had a 65 in TV and a 50 in TV and about 30 boxes... NOT ONE THING WAS BROKEN OR DAMAGED!!! Me and my wife are soooo impressed with everything. They answered every question as I was super nervous getting my whole life shipped from one state to another... I recommend Ship Smart to anyone I know. 10 out of 10!!!!

Good news: whatever arrived, arrived undamaged
Bad news: Over one third of the shipment never arrived. They had no explanation.

Update March 23, 2023:
Customer service representative Trish and Vice President Tim were profusely apologetic and took full responsibility. Tim fully addressed my concerns about the loss of our items and fully compensated me for that loss. I am grateful for the support we received. Thank you Ship Smart, Trish and Tim. You acted in a caring, responsible, authentic manner. So appreciative. With gratitude.

Probably the worst customer service and overall a horrible experience. From consistent delays and lack of communication, to cost and charges consistently changing including me receiving a bill from FedEx Freight which ShipSmart used but only reserved a 15 minute window for them to unload the truck. I wasn't notified that my invoice would be twice what was originally quoted until my stuff was packed and being held at their facilities where they told me I'd have to pay damn near the whole amount to get my stuff back. We originally agreed that the movers would call or FaceTime me to be able to go through my storage unit but that did not happen as they described. I am not pleased with my experience and would not use them again.

Great communication and working to schedule the drop-off and pick-ups. Our furniture was securely packaged and was delivered with care!
